Wow , really loved this episode the kids fishing and especially the snokerling at their age . They are learning a lot more out with you in your adventures rather than at school . Well guys what a great kid episode, their understanding of fishing for their ages was incredible and how fast is Ollie at stealing the food out of Fins hand, what a guy. Well Elenya you might have to take up knitting, seems the rest of the family is stealing your thunder also we were a bit worried we were going to witness an out and out blue when the squid juice landed on you, seems you pair match each other as sh_t stirrers. We were a bit confused we thought you left the Ningaloo a couple of weeks back. ❤❤

We loved this episode with the boys ‘catch & cook’… they are obsessed with fishing like Nick is! What a great classroom our outside world can be. Learning skills that no other boys their age have I bet. I was saying to my husband… what great parenting - we never had the patience or the desire for the mess but it is so good that you do. You are preparing them for independent living & their wives will thank you one day! Next lesson… washing dishes & cleaning the caravan!😉

Fantastic snorkeling I remember snorkeling just north of of coral bay at the shark nursery with about 100 black tip sharks some as big as me hopefully will get back there one day….. keep them coming ❤❤❤❤

Hi Elenya, I noticed your towel you were using in this episode. It looks like a wool and wind towel. Are you happy with it. Needing quick dry/ sand free towels for our van but so nervous on which one to buy. Worried I won’t like the feel.

How do you find your compost toilet compared to cassette esp with regular free camps?
We do as much off grid as we can find 😊 Emptying our toilet cassette holds us back at times. We purchased a 2nd cassette last year 🎉.
Next year we are spending 12mths in WA. As much off grid as possible.
Would you suggest replacing toilet cassette loo with compost?

We are LOVING our composting toilet, lasting sooooooo much longer which was a MUST for us (: I think you just have to get to used to something new especially if hubby stands up to pee 😂 but it’s pretty easy to figure out (:

I soak our squid in milk with crushed kiwi fruit it’s a game changer you can’t taste the kiwi fruit but it tenderises the squid to the point it melts in your mouth no matter the size of squid 🦑 tight lines

Scaring Elenya like that. #1 If your going to scare Elenya when her straps off at least to it properly. #2 Nick if your going to scare someone with a wet Squid put a bit of vigour into it.
