I have an original set of 3 of those butterflies. They were one of the 1st things I bought for my home when I got married in 1984!
Bavaria is a region or state in Germany. There are many of them in Germany. I love seeing your finds. Thank you for sharing with us
When I see what some UA-camrs are showing to sell, then I think I need to start my own channel and start showing what I’ve collected
over the years that are really fabulous finds.
I absolutely L♥️VE the coffee sign❤️♥️❤️
That roadrunner was once bookends. My grandma had them on her coffee table with books
Really? That awesome! I love it, thanks for sharing :)
I just found you on UA-cam and would love to see your collection of the Last Supper pictures and your story of why you collect them!
Love last supper pictures. My late grandfather grew up in KS and lived there many years. His name was Ernest. That spoke to me.
How cool.Great haul!
Just found you today. Really interesting video, I’ll be back!
Yes Please :) love to see your collection of the last super wall.
The Irish Setter mug is from Princess House. It came in a set of four. There was also a pheasant, duck, and geese.
Awesome! Thanks for sharing that
If I love something, I buy it, if it “speaks” to me. If you love it, someone else will too. Snap it up. It will be gone!
The tin looks like the type that was sold containing hard candy, & ribbon type hard candy at Christmas time in 50’s & 60’s.
Very cool! Thanks for sharing :)
That is my favorite mall in Arkansas!!
Hi I am a new subscriber and I love everything 😍 I was on your online store but I didn't see the butterfly. I will love to purchase it 🦋 my father just passed away and I have been seen butterfly since the day he died in front of my house. I never so butterfly in front of the house before but now is a daily thing and I want to believe is him. Now I am obsessed with butterfly 🦋 😍
Hi Ileana, I am so sorry for your loss. I would love to send the butterfly your way, but it’s already been sold! I’m grateful for that sweet reminder you have seen though, and hope you find another 😊
That wood piece is technically an old mandoline but my German grandmother would have called it a kraut cutter! I spent lots of autumn days packing cabbage into crocks after she cut cabbage on one of those!
That’s a fun memory :) thanks for sharing!
Yep!! Used to shred cabbage for Kraut
ow I would kill for an big coockyjar
I have a soft spot for candleholders and boho style items, stunning paintings,.
I scored a beautyfull aquarel in nice frame for just2.50 euro s, big score!
I thirift for my home, not for resale.
I love reeths. And basket, quilts, everything cosy.
I love beautyfull plates for daily use.
Love the peacock litle bowl,
Beautyful tin, love the shape and color.

I love these calm and clear video s, nothing to hectic.
Maybe someone already told you this, but the beer stein is from Princess House.
Enjoyed your video today!
Thank you! I actually found another one in the collection the other day :)
Yes. Last Supper
I would love a tour of your own house to see how you’ve incorporated antiques and vintage into your home!
I would love to share! I’ll have to make sure my kids help clean up first :)
Yes!
@@LostFoundDecor Good luck with that! Will it be in my lifetime? Just kidding, but I am 78... so don't dawdle, please. 😁
I would love to see your last supper collection and your kitchen too.
I enjoyed your video and the finds…
I was born in a town in Bavaria which is a southern state in Germany. It still very much exists! Lol
I have that same brass butterfly! It's a set of 3 in descending sizes, yours being the largest. I've had them so long I can't even remember exactly when or where I got them!😋
Really? That’s crazy! Thanks for sharing :)
Makes me feel "mid-century" , but not modern ..my style is English Country with a little contemporary thrown in the mix .. My husband is 80, and I turned 79 the first of September this year ...we go to antique mall, and my husband tells them that he played with most of the toys, his mom and we have most of the kitchen items or we 've already sent them to the thrift store ourselves, etc , etc...smile, smile 😊😁
The plates were sold at the Bon Marche….aka Macy’s from the early 70’s
This kind of a goofy comment. I appreciate you speaking in a “normal” voice. 😃. So many talk in what I call “You Tube speak” where each sentence ends in a upward inflection (like asking a question.)
Lol, that’s funny Janet :) I appreciate the goofy comment, and I’m glad I can keep it normal on here as well!! Thanks for watching and following along 😁
Janet, THANK YOU for your comment regarding 'uptalk'.
Another inflection pet peeve is
vocal dry. I call it the
Debbie Downer voice.
And don't get me started with
UM, UH, and LIKE used every third word when used in a sentence.🤯

I love love love vintage religious books, bibles, last supper pics, rosaries etc!! Loved seeing someone collects last supper and old Jesus books too!!! I’m drawn to paint by numbers and to lithograph prints too!! I cannot decide to open a booth yet. I had one years ago, the store closed. I opened at another store, they ended up deciding not to renew my lease and now they sell the same items I had in my old booth. Odd right? I’m tempted to open an online store but haven’t yet.
I LOVE to hunt! Just found your videos today!
Hunting is the fun part!!
I just found your channel and this was my first episode to watch. I enjoyed it and like your positive outlook and the way that you present your information. Thank you.
Thanks for taking us with you on your haul. Giving us prices of Vintage items, beautiful cabinet with all the drawers would help get to know pricing better if we find similar items & know if pricing is priced reasonable.
Those 4 Hoosier Roses vases are from the local flower shop, considered a stock vase for arrg’s in the 70’s -90’s. Retired Florist!😊
Love it! Thanks for sharing :)
Ah... arrangements!
Finally got it.🤔
🙋♀️ Melanie, couple of things (or 3or 4) 🤗 just wanted to come on quickly & say I have only known one Melanie until seeing your channel for the first time today. Until about 4 months ago the Melanie I knew was absolutely the most beautiful loving generous healthy creature I ever met, we met in the delivery room at the hospital, after 9 months of not knowing if my baby was a girl getting to finally come face to face with her was the greatest miracle of my life as you have probably guessed by now she has passed away & I will not ever be the same. For years after discovering my own passion for thrifting, antiquing, junking, scavenging, estate sales, art & crafts fairs etc.etc. Alas my Melanie & I did not share my passion I am older & struggle with Melanie’s loss so this why I jumped on. I have always enjoyed UA-cam & never a fan of television so it always delights to meet new interest here only couple more things as difficult as it is to get motivated I have to say I am seriously interested in the two pictures that you briefly touched on the wall in the booth that you said you like could you tell name of store & name of booth so that I may contact to purchase possibly if still available & last but not least I am dying to see your special collection of “The Last Supper” paintings that is a collection worth hanging onto I want to see it thanks for all you folks do
Hi Diane! Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment! I am so sorry for your loss 😢 but appreciate you sharing your memories with us. The name of that booth is called Mira, and here is her Instagram. It’s the only place I know to reach out to her, but perhaps you can get in touch with her there :)
instagram.com/mirahome20?
Mercy some of that stuff is stuning
Regardless of what the trend is i have and will always love old painted and nonpainted decor, I"ll always adore scruffy and worn items that have a long story to them and always will. To me I just happened to fall within a trend with my decor style but trends come and go. I love my old and long lived furniture and decor! Arkansas is so beautiful and also us Missourian's neighbor!
Curious what you found out about the Bavarian porcelain. That wide gold stripe is signature. Very thick and smooth almost matte finish, and an Art Nouveau motif!
LOVE the Bundle of Teal Blue Wood Spindles...... The Wood Vintage Mandolin is AMAZING......
Definitely would enjoy seeing your collection
You are sooo right about some people not wanting to "hunt" items. Those people pay my booth rent. Lol
This is the first video I see, everything is beautiful, congratulations 🥰
Thank you!
My husband does photography and I, myself am a water color artist.. so we have art and photography in our home, and we have bought other art pieces from those in my class while I was still taking lessons....alot of our own works are gone because our son has type I diabetes and they were trying to raise money for a kidney transplant. He died at age 45. But he raised his two children.
Hi! Just found your site. I'm in Bentonville. Someplace in Time is one of my favorite places too. I really like those Haywood Wakefield tables. Got my eyes on several things there.
Hi Melanie! Recently discovered your channel and want to thank you for your fun content, for being so real and for your great decorating and makeover ideas and knowledge! I have been thrifting for years but am enjoying it so much more now after watching and learning from videos like yours that share so much. Have a lovely week!
You are so welcome! Thanks for watching 😊
Collections are so interesting to me. I would love to see your flow blue china as well as your last supper pictures.
Oh ! I NEED that cabinet for cosmetics 💄💕👍👄😘
Bavaria is a German Federal state and Munich is the capital. It does exist. I enjoyed living there for 12 years.
Thank you! Yes, I was aware of Bavaria as a geographic area (I spent a semester in Europe) but wasn’t sure it was an “official” name of anywhere now, you know what I mean? Thanks for clarifying! 😊
You are welcome. As I have typed before, your videos are the best!
@@LostFoundDecor Bavaria was a kingdom within the German Empire before World War I, so the Bavaria mark indicates a date before circa-1919.
Yes I would love to see your flow blue and Last Supper pictures. I would have grabbed the blue spindles for sure - love them. The black metal box is an old document box in shaker style - they work well with vintage and primitive decor.
Great! I’ll plan a video to share them sometime
Yep, you’re my new thrift gal! I so agree with you about sharing information on your finds. We can ALL do better by being honest, why hide information that can help people when buying or selling. Love your videos…got my follow 🏆💖🙌🏻 Thank you!
Thanks so much!
Would love to see your Flo blue collection and last supper pictures. I love the road runner! Love cloisonne even when its fake😉. Anywho, cute dish. I also like the black box. So glad to hear you say, look in every area of store which is what I have to do. It is all about the hunt! (for me anyway). Lot of great finds🌟
I love that you share the prices. Thank you for that. I have stopped following a u tuber just bc she doesn't share prices. I love thrifting and I like to see what things are going for in your area etc. So, please keep doing you!
Yes, share your flow blue collection! Great finds. I love the brass roadrunner. Thanks for sharing; it's always a pleasure to watch your videos.
Alright, I’ll get a video planned!
Use the mandolin slicer in your re-do kitchen (future). The wood theme accent ie. Your coffee sign rack for spoons hang from the coffee rack ...maybe one more similar wood piece for accent even in a white or white and cream more modern kitchen
Great stuff loved it
I would love to see the collection of last supper
First time seeing 👀 you, I'm glad i found another channel to watch, that has no bad language 😀
Thanks!! Yep, no bad language here :)
Can you please show us your last supper picture wall? Love all the videos! Thank you!!
Great haul great tour great fun ur videos always!
Love the thrifting and haul presentation! Thanks for posting display inspiration.
Just found your site and enjoyed it. Ironstone is really sought after right now, and the pattern is really pretty and simple so would appeal to many. You may want to pick more up before they are gone. I would by the whole set, but not just four small plates.
Oh no! You don’t want that flow blue pitcher, I need it. I also collect flow blue, well to be honest, all blue and white. When I lived in Europe I went crazy. The interior of my home is French country. I’m in the process of planning to remodel the exterior in the French country style also. Enjoy watching you and your found treasures. Now, post that flow blue pitcher. I also collect pitchers, so I really need it! 😂
It’s on my website! The link is in the video description :)
That black box would also make a great table centerpiece for the holidays too! Cool stuff today! Thank you for sharing with us!
Great idea!
I like the way you display your items
Oh my word. Every time I go to Rogers I have to peruse this store! I love it, and it's filled with such unique stuff....but I didn't know your shop was there... That large tin box is really nice. I think it would make a great booth display for old linens or lace. That mandolin looks like an old kraut cutter. Thanks for sharing
Hey Sharon! It really is a great antique mall! That’s fun that you love it too.
@@LostFoundDecor I wanted to take the entire store home with me! Oooh I need to make another trip down there. Lol
The 4 green vases are from a florist usually for
rose arrangements
Perfect. Thanks for sharing your knowledge 😊
Just found you today and I knew immediately that I would be a subscriber! 😍
I'm looking forward to backtracking to catch up on your previous videos so I don't miss anything. 🤩
So fun!
Thanks so much Cheryl!
I live in KC and they have a group of antique malls in several antique brick factory buildings, food trucks first Friday every mont. It’s wonderful, you can go to one stop and shop all the trendy amazing items you’re looking for. Why spend the gas and time etc and possibly find nothing, going to lots of thrift stores estate sales etc when you can go to a fun shopping experience.
Thanks for sharing! I’ve heard of that, sound amazing :) Hard to get away past school hours in my stage of life right now :) We are in the “driving everyone everywhere” stage 😂
What you were calling Housier vases are just standard florist vases from my era that you got when you received a dozen roses from your local florist. Florists bought them by the case as supplies for flower arrangements. They also came in clear glass. Nobody considers them of value unless you just like them.
Thanks Colleen :) They do say “Hoosier” on the base, which is why I referred to them that way. Like I said, I am far from an expert in glass :) But I love that what makes value in something can also be how people use things for decor, rather than just pure collector value. I think someone who is building a vintage decor scheme with greens may find they are the perfect fit for their space :)
I absolutely love your vids! Knowing what you pay is half the fun! Keep up the great job!
Thanks so much!
Found your channel, love your content, always nice to find out what's setting on the shelves in your corner of the world. Nice to be able to decorate our homes with very individually chosen pieces. Fun! Thanks for your hard work. You're doing a nice job.

Thanks so much Sandra!
I love the pictures of Jesus.
would love to see the flow blue collection and the Last Supper collection. I always like to see how people display their collections.
great tour
Oh my goodness! I’ve just discovered your channel Melanie, and I love it 😍! I’ve never heard of anyone collecting The Last Supper - I have a huge hand made framed tapestry that my my in law gave me! I have never displayed it as I just didn’t know what to do with it😁 - you’ve given me the courage to get it on display in my home!
What a treasure!! You should put it out, I would love to see it :)
Been here love it!
Yes!
Would love to see your last supper collection!
So funny I randomly clicked on this just to realize I shop at this antique Mall a lot
Haha! Maybe we’ll bump into each other there sometime!!
Just found your site love it!!!
Love the flow-blue pitcher.
Great finds, thanks for sharing! Oooh the metal box is so good for storage. Love the vase with the blue top.
I love, love, love those dishes! They are so darling!
Aren’t they great?!
Really great finds 🤗
I’d like to see your flow blue collection.
You found some really cute things, love the tin.
That mandolin is a sauerkraut cutter.
Hi jist found you and you mentioned flow blue and got my attention love the stuff can't afford it though i love to look at it
The wood piece ... That's a kraut cutter!
Great idea with the green vases. I enjoyed seeing all the finds today; and glad your are back.
Thanks Dorice! Appreciate you coming along 😊
Oh my gosh! I just found your channel- I am from NW Arkansas- born and raised! So fun!
So fun!
The artwork in that booth is fantastic! I wish I could find some like that.
Doesn’t she have some amazing stuff?!
I think you have a sourkraut cutter to cut cabbage since it only has one blade. My Mom had one.
I paused the video soon soon. Lol
My mother is a Gillentine and thought maybe it was a variation of that. I need to buy her one. She's 91.
Would love to see your collection of 'Last Suppers'.
Yes to flow blue collection. Love your finds.
Thanks Shelly!
Did you know that that Mr. And Mrs. Bunny is listed for $600 on your site?
Oh that’s funny! No, it’s definitely just $6 😂 I’ll go change it
