thank you for the detailed review of these boots. I have considered a pair just based on price, because I don't always want to pay top dollar for a boot. This review makes me want to consider going with another brand.
I would suggest looking on ebay if you want new boots, or used boots for that matter. If you are diligent yiu can find some really great deals on ebay. If you want something from a store, I would look at ariat. You can usually find some for under $200, maybe in the $150 range but they are way more than twice the boot that this one was
@@LoneStarBootReviews Ariat are fine boots, and I have a pair of Ramblers that are a decade old, but I'm not buying anymore of them as they are made in China.

Always enjoy your reviews and this one is a must see for anyone considering buying from Alfa. I've seen their almost daily (sometimes more than daily) video ads on Facebook pushing their boots and wondered if they could be any good at the low price but was never interested in buying any. Those heels look like they may be cut from plywood. As for smell, it could be that they use a lot of toxic glue for the gluing up the lining and other parts. A lot of cheap shoes/boots that come from China have an overpowering, sickening smell and it's from the synthetic materials and the glue they use. In any case I no longer have questions about Alfa boots and would caution anyone that is interested in them. Thanks for the reviews.
I have since been told by someone I trust that it is in fact leather, but it is scraps that are pressed together. And yes the smell was bad. It definitely could be the glue. Smelled like a mix between gasoline and rubber cement

Not wood that is a stack leather heel. I am not an Alfa "Fanboy" but I do own 4 pair of their boots. I think for the money they bring nice quality and value. Like you, I DO NOT like their print boots but I like their leather and bull hide styles.

This was just my experience but at the end of the day I just want to see more people in cowboy boots! I'm glad they've worked out for you. Thank you for watching. Sincerely
I bought one pair about 2 years ago and actually wearing them right now. They did smell horrible when I first received them and you could tell close up you got what you paid for. Had a few people comment on them and I told them they were fake and cheap but, I like boots. Took a little bit to break them in, my feet were hurting so I would wear as long as I could and finally over a few weeks they actually felt comfortable. I’m about to buy another pair, they are not the top dollar boots so don’t expect perfection. For the price, I actually love mine.
Theres some boots that look horrible but then there’s other boots that look amazing!, I got some honey python boots that looked real and gorgeous. I recommend the brown bull neck boots in the Dubai toe!, lovely boots
Like your humor. Yes, I've got boots from Mexico and then stuffed them with Spanish language newspapers and the same kind of cardboard i the shafts although not KFC. Also, got boots from other makers in Mexico, (in person), some smelled like a barn yard and others had a really strong toxic smell like shoemakers glue, strong enough to give you a headache and upset stomach.
I bought some and some for my wife at 89 dollars, but in their store so we got to try them first for fit and comfort, they were ok so we are satisfied with them. They don't look cheap and seem to be of good quality. Otherwise i would not have gotten em.
I do not have a pair of Alfa boots, but I do want to point out the insole. The local shoe/boot store here that specialize in work boots and high end athletic wear, the owner told me if I wanted to put in insole in my boot, the best insole for western boots are half or 3/4 insoles for the heel to the arch. So I’m thinking that’s why that insole is like that. I have a friend that bought a pair and is happy with them for the price. He said not as comfortable as a normal name brand boot, but he knows a few people who have ordered multiple pairs, and they all said for their low prices you get a decent looking boot and while they may not last 5+ years, they’re cheap enough to replace when they do fail. I’m still on the fence about ordering a pair
Yes. I actually did a review more recently of a different boot from alfa and it was much better. However I would advise against ordering from them. I think the rounded sole is so that after wearing them for awhile and the break in they'll set flatter. As far as the inside goes put an insole in them and they'll probably be fine

Oh my God! Hey look man, I get that not everybody has the 100 or more dollars to drop on a pair of good boots, but this right here just proves that it’s worth the wait. I don’t even need to get halfway through this video to tell you that this is garbage. Pure garbage! I would not ever and I mean ever blow my money on this bullshit.
These were pretty bad
They are junk. You get what you pay for.
If you’ve ever worn a Columbia hat, you are completely disqualified for reviewing anything with cowboy in the name.
Well I like to fish and I wear columbia. Sorry to disappoint. Thank you for watching
