Such a great video, and amazing images. I have the same experience with my q3, coming from Fuji. It’s just a joy to shoot. It’s been a pleasure watching this video. Subscribed.
Super kind words brother, definitely one of the most fun trips for me, don't think it's my best work but didn't put too much pressure on myself and glad of that! Thanks again 🙏
Absolutely top video dude. That single shot of the hotel is absolutely 11/10 considering it’s a one and done. We need to play with this around some planes 👀👀
hello, I really like your video, after a long time of saving I recently bought my Q and I love it, it's a great camera, and the pictures are sharp and have fantastic colors, I love it and I'll keep it because I fulfilled my dream that I had for a long time, I like the picture 0:37 do you use presents? do you shoot in RAW? if you could write what preset do you use? best regards and I subscribe
I got mine a MONTH AGO and i ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I was set on trying to get an M11 because i shoot with an M6, but i am SOOOOO happy i got the Q3. The Q3 is a winner.
Super glad you're having such a good experience with it and thanks for leaving a comment. Now you've got the Q what are your thoughts on getting an M11, are you still wanting one?
Nice video and images. The Q’s lens is definitely wider than a 28mm, but it’s also said that the RX1 Zeiss is more like a 32mm. So, the difference is there, but still about 20% wider.
Thanks for dropping by! That's very fair, honestly I had a blast with my RX1R but I do find the Q considerably better, might do a comparison at some point! Thanks again 👍
I don't have the finances for an M 🤣 I'd LOVE an M8 of all cameras but by the time you factor in a suitable lens it gets considerably more expensive than the Q. I would Love one though but I DO like a lot of the Q unique features like the Auto/Manual focus clutch.
Honestly, been researching Q3 versus Sony for a long time, since I’m in the market for it , I still don’t see it how it beats a Sony A7R V with a 1.4 g master lens on it…
You're right, the Sony is "better" in almost every way. It's definitely a balance of experience/feel and compact build quality. Best advice? Go to a Leica store, try one in hand, see how you feel!
Also, for what it's worth I thought NOTHING about Leica until actually holding and using the Q and I've used and owned Nikon/Canon/Sony/Panasonic and a lot of Fujifilm. I don't use the Q as my main work camera but it is my daily carry and travel camera, hope this helps but feel free to ask any questions
It's not about which camera has the best specs, it's about what kind of equipment you feel comfortable with and have the motivation to go out and take photos. You can take good photos with any camera, but you can take bad ones even with the best equipment.
info nice, but obviously the cam doesn't help or inspires you enough to achieve good pictures... sorry for my direct hits but I hope it challenges you.
Don't apologise you're absolutely right, technique and understanding of composition will ALWAYS be more useful than the tool itself. However some cameras can definitely inspire you to pick them up more leading to more time spent practicing the art! Thanks for dropping by!
"Focus on storytelling over perfection. Find what you connect with emotionally and pursue it relentlessly" Better a contribution from someone who likes taking photos with this camera and maybe even learns it, than these incredibly boring "lo-fi" music, dark mood influencer videos that have an idea about everything but don't really know anything.
Nochmals vielen Dank
Superb photos. The Q series are a great camera. I purchased a Q3 when they first came and love it heaps. It too is my EDC.

Thank you for the kind words! The Q3 looks like a BEAST, did you go for the 28mm or the 43mm?
words of wisdom... slightly under 28mm is great! I am personally happy about this fact!
Best video so far and some of your best images too. You and the Leica are a good team!

Great review - Love the photos and the enthusiasm! That f/1.7 'Lux really shines!
Thank you SO much for the kind words! It's an absolute stunner of an optic - easily one of the best I've used!

Hahaha appreciate it dude, we'll have to organise an airshow trip my dude!

you prefer the Q over the M?

@@FeralGinger Fair points you have shared. Q looks beautiful.

Ich verstehe einfach nicht wieso ihr so viel Geld übrig habt. Wo habt ihr es nur her?
