That was very savvy of Dr. Kahn to see a void in the Detroit market and to bring in a successful plant-based restaurant concept.

We are both in our 80's and still believe in having a strong body and a calm mind. This was an excellent video and we learned a lot. We are doing research for our new YT channel that is all about healthy aging. Thank you so much and keep up the great work!

We need more like Dr Kahn; he speaks about the controversial nutrition issues without beating around the bush.
The more I get to know Gianna the more I like her.

Great video, except please cut the bit out where Joel says Valter Longo's granddad lived over 100: in fact, Dr Longo went into the longevity studies because his granddad died surprisingly earlier than his peers. This was unusual for the town where he came from as indeed most of the older residents lived over a 100. Many thanks!

From The Times (UK) article Jan 2018: After 30 years of research, Professor Valter Longo believes he has created a diet that could help you live to 100. When Valter Longo was five years old he watched his grandfather Alfonso, who was in his late sixties, die a slow death.

You cannot get a ct of heart in nc without doctor requisition and they won't give it to you if you ask. I have tried. I have to pay 80 dollars just to see the doc to ask for one and they won't give it. So i have never ben able to know that information. So frustrating.

Nato in Japan is kind of like Vegemite in Australia, not everyone is a fan of it.
