I would go after him for targeting anything that profit people of color. Is he suing any organization that denies or has denied people of color? It can't be two ways. It can't be people of color don't do anything, then everything that is done including what they do to help themselves is came after. If he wants Fearless to expand then what can he offer to help? If he wants to sue them, what is he willing to offer? There are organizations specifically designed to help other nationalities, yet, he targets those benefitting black. Is it possible to just say certain grants are for Black Americans Descendants of Slavery, and HBCUS as well, After all the SUPREME COURT RULED THAT LINEAGE BASED WAS LEGAL. GOD BLESS.

I don't see any problem in race, religion, sexuality, etc based college funds. As long as it's not tax payer funds and purely donation driven then they explicitly know what the money is for.
Government funded college funds should be for everyone as its public funded.
