It is always a pleasant experience with SIA. As an architecture enthusiast, I think Terminal 1 is a splendour, it belongs to an architectural wing called "brutalism". Pure concrete. I find the elevators with glass ceiling going up and down in the interior atrium of the terminal very futuristic, even for 2024. The only downside of the experience is certainly the tunnels that take passengers to the satellite terminals. I never walked through them but they must be very claustrophobic, as you pointed out. I just don't know what can happen to people who have claustrophobia, while being forced to navigate through them. How do they manage to get to these satellites? Great to see you included the famous aeroLOPA seating maps: they are the best site. I am 100% in favour of your choice when you booked 48K, it is such a good seat. It was a pitty that the Dinner was salty. It is almost unforgiveable in terms of catering. Airline food must be salt-free as there is always salt and pepper enveloppes for customers to use them individually. The Mars ice-cream was amazing! Such a good dessert! In my humble opinion, much better than pudding or other similar options served on a small plastic bowl. On a long flight like this one, I would have certainly taken a pill, I normally cannot relax during flights. Sellection of snacks in the galley is one of the best I have seen. Even sandwiches! 14:28 Incredible ice crystals on your window. And what a decent, warm second meal with SIA before landing, when most of airlines dare to serve a small paper bag with a very poor content and call it "breakfast". 16:33 What instrumental music is played? It is so relaxing. A very good review.
Hey there! 🌟 Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed comment! It's fantastic to hear that you've always enjoyed a pleasant experience with SIA. Your insights on the elevators and the futuristic vibe they bring to the interior atrium are spot on! My first impression was wow, spaceship? Definitely a memorable airport, but I absolutely share your concern about the tunnels to the satellite terminals. I just hope they continue to work on making the spaces more comfortable for everyone. Glad you appreciate aeroLOPA seating maps, I have started to consider the relevance of me including a set map but thanks for your feedback I think it's certainly useful for viewers. The music playing is the SIA landing music. It's available on Spotify so you can immerse yourself in SIA sounds in the comfort of your own home. open.spotify.com/artist/02pywFV83Ya9ZEqPYTfb4b I'm thrilled you enjoyed the review. Happy adventures and see you back here soon! ✈️🌍
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. If there's a specific aspect of the takeoff sequence you'd like me to improve, I'm all ears. Constructive feedback helps me enhance the content. Feel free to provide more details if you can. Appreciate your engagement! 🚀
Thanks for being so American in your answer. What I meant is that it's a fully loaded A350, let's hear the engines roaring during the entire take off and not going from spooling to up in the air in a second.@@navsky
I sat on the same row but mine is on the isle. I chose the prawn dish and it was not salty. The yogurt drink tasted horrible to me. I was rowdy so i pressed the call button and pretended to sleep when the stewardess came. She keep asking the man beside me did he press the call button lol. I did that for 5 times. Hahahaha... Sorry to the stewardess for my little prank. I got a laugh till now. Sorry
13 houers in economy is hard work. Great video ❤
At least with SQ it's pleasant as long haul in economy can get 🤣
Definitely go business class next time
Yeah. I think I will go with Air France next time. Heard some good stuff about their 787-9 from SIN to CDG.

Agree 100% about CDG. Confusing, it takes very long time to move from one terminal to the other, ground staff not polite. Just very bad organised
Must be fully equipped to take that hike 🤣
Also theres one time where the IFE screen just lag, I couldn't press anything other than the settings page
Make sure you let them know when that happens. They could either do a reboot or if possible they'll find you another seat.
14:22 Whats up with the windows?
That's just frost. ❄️❄️
Can you make a shitier take off sequence?

Got it, thanks for clarifying! 📝
