Kabogo is a smart and a good leader in ideas but action wise, he is below per. The worst vice he has is organising meetings all over the county and giving out 300 bob per person in attendance. What the county people need is development not tokens and bribes. Deal with the real issues on developing Kiambu and you do not need to bribe yourself to be re-elected.

Boss, don’t be myopic. Ksh 300 is not a bribe. You need people to come and listen to you. You also need to consider that they need to eat after leaving vibarua’s and attend your meeting. Even all civil societies provide participation allowances for any participant who attend their events.
Job creations if not kabogo’s responsibility only. It is yours as well. Just buy a boda boda and employ someone. You will have created a job.

Kabogo is actually a strategic thinker just like Kidero. That's a pleasant surprise. I had heard that he pushed for that sewerage system in Ruiru, Thika, Juja and the water projects therein from way back in 2007 and it has come to pass. He is a performer.
Really smart guy and down to earth as well. Bumped into him a week or so back while boarding a flight out of NBO. He joined the long queue like all of us to board the plane!! Excuse my surprise....but normally in Kenya guys of his power trappings get whisked past kawaida stuff like queuing. Even had a brief chat with him..nothing political of course! Good luck Governor.

i have been in aposition to visit kisumu county and i found that waste is collected using baskets that means man power in eldoret the same but all over in kiambu we have seen the CG 22 LORRIES and damp site constructed ,as per person living with disability in kiambu we have no discrimination me as a resident my advice to kiambu and kenyans lets not invest our votes for those pple who are popular bt to those who can deliver servicesto the common mwananchi as per in kiambu there those project that MR KABOGO and his team have started if we fail to vote wisely the project will stop becoz who ever join his positon will rush to start his and forget the ongoing bearing in mind common wanjiku needs services as pple are saying change is good with Mr kabogo i dont regret saying we have seen change from council to county government due to devollution on have of kiambus and pple with disabilty lets vote wisely and vote for TEAM KABOGO lets stop dirty politics becoz of our future generation KABOGO TENA WITH JUBILLEE

personally I don't support him ..Ths guy's always change for the better during elections times so that they trick us bur I carefully listened his interview and he sounded like a very great guy and we'll educated, unlike waititus and the group...And since kiambu is still in the dark am not sure who will rescue us. All I have learnt from this interview is that he plans to improve infrastructure, technology and improve our environs... However, what is there for developing THE PEOPLE? I think that in as much as we want development in our counties, how about we focus on developing the people? It would be ironical for a society to have as many buildings and stable infrastructure, yet, there is very little focus on developing the people?

Kabogo might (or might not) have done the bad things that people say but is actually the most qualified candidate for the Kiambu governor's seat. Waititu should not even be a topic for discussion when speaking about the governor's seat.

On the surface, he does sound like an articulate issue oriented governor. I've heard & read stories about him that are dark & shady but his presentation in this interview belie that image. If I were a voter there, I would compare his words with what his government has been able to do to decide if he deserves another term. It's encouraging though that he talks about stuff that is important to citizens like a landfill, sewer lines, urban planning etc
