I think most who voted for him were secretly hoping he wouldn't last a year and are disappointed with what they got the last 4 years. Anyone know how the Biden administration has been being begged since the day they took office by most major world nations, Amnesty Internation, All us Native Americans, celebrities, and I think 37 of our own politicians and senators currently working in our government to release Leonard Peltier, who is now a sick 79 year old Lakota Native and a Native American civil rights hero who was locked up about 50 years ago. Turns out the FBI withheld balistic evidence that proves Leonard could not have done the crime. An African American man was recently cleared in a case under these same conditions. However, despite worldwide cries for mercy in an unjust sentence the Biden administration refuses to even acknowledge the issue.
I mean he did have us arrested in DC last year for the horrible crime of taking up a space 2 by 30 feet space in front of the White House fence with our banner during our Leonard Peltier rally, so I guess not completly ignored us. Also know my black friends aren't pleased with him at all either.

Companies have avoided the old boom/bust days by moderating the number of wells on line. When prices were up before, they brought on more wells (out of 45,000) to capture the high price. The downside was the overhead and lack of skilled workers. Moderation has increased efficiency and they produce about the same output with fewer wells.

After I woke up the day after the election and saw that he was "elected" I honestly wanted to be wrong about my beliefs. I truly wanted things to be fine and that I went wrong somewhere in supporting Trump.

BTW, Biden was obviously elected. Trump's final months was plagued by the pandemic and even then, he only barely lost. Heck, Trump might have actually won if he hadn't demonized mail-in ballots, so that supporters would have actually sent in their ballots rather than staying at home. I'm not buying the bamboo story any more than I did the "Russian collusion" thing.

For years I've gotten the impression that the higher the role, the more inertia it has, and the less important the individual occupying it. When a new president or prime minister is elected, they know absolutely nothing about how to run a country, as they've never done so before. And yet the country keeps running. The military keeps its operations even when the leadership above it changes.
It's not that the man above puppeteers everyone and if he sucks then all dolls fall flat. Don't leave out dramatically increased Firearm sales and 2A awareness. More than half the states have Constitutional Carry. Yay!
Constitutional Carry means that you can just carry a gun whenever you want without any sort of permit or regulations. Unless I missed some really big news, only two states meet that definition, Vermont and Texas, IIRC. I know VT because I live here and the idea that I need a permit or can't just toss my pistol on the passenger seat when I head out is weird to me. I think what you are talking about is shall-issue permitting, which is a step in the right direction, but not really "Constitutional Carry".

Nah, I don’t think Biden is actually _doing_ much of anything. He’s not competent enough. For him, this was just the means to a luxurious lifestyle.
