Insulated? What powers the ac while the car is not running at a campsite? Heater? What is the clearance?

"kinda"insulated...could be better.. Lithium battery will run a/c 2-4 hrs so we use fans when bookdocking....mine has a truma heater,it is fantastic...clearance is excellent below and 10.6" above
