Just subscribed after watching SnaggedBro latest. I'm the guy with a narrowboat who gives Tom all his canal facts! Your stuff looks great. Looking forward to checking some of your old stuff out! Good to see you survived that Brum stretch. Well dodgy round there!
ive had one of those for a few years, the handle that controls the speeds and direction, which is attatched to the motor will loosen over time, it slips, which will mean you will lose one of the speeds setting, it can be fixed if you open it up and put a bit of thread lock on it. its hard to explain, but it will become obvious when you open it up.
Hahaha I know where this is, I was out the other week in my boat👍 had ten trawling in a day : Edit I know a few other local stretches that hold a lot bigger pike, just incase you wanted to know 👍
How do you manage to keep your balance on the e-rider? I find mine is so wobbly I have not been able to stand up yet, tried a few times but nearly needed to test the life jacket
Thats most likely berkley fluoro 100lbs or savage gear 100lbs 0.9mm , most common fluoro leader in uk. Id recommend going to a 150lb fluoro just has was more abrasion resistance ans can still tye it well at 1.3mm , rare to get in the uk. Occasionally will be yozuri topknot fluoro 150lb available online
stop yanking these fish out with such heavy line, they're not bass... as you should know pike can get deeply hooked often and doing that just for a "good session" to grab as many as you can for a youtube vid isnt what fishing is about
