Which means that if Ciel loves Sebastian/the two are meant to be seen as a couple it pretty much confirmed that either Ciel always loved his father more than the classic father/son relationship (which is why Sebastian took Ciel father appearance) or that Ciel would have eventually fell in love with his father as he grew older because no matter how you look at it, if Ciel loves Sebastian it means he's fine with kissing and having sex with his father as it is kinda confirmed that while not Canon the ship is meant to be seen as predatory and erotic according to the author. Not to mention the useless and pretty much uncomfortable sex scenes pushed in your face. Vanitas no Carte ended up being something I highly felt disgusted and uncomfortable watching because of all the useless sexual advances, way too erotic scenarios with zero passion (all the straight couples just suck and are toxic, I prefer the friendship between Noè and Vanitas, as for the side characters for the straight couples they should have just removed them, a lot of people even between shippers of Noè x Vanitas or non-shippers feels highly uncomfortable by the straight couples as they are toxic, lack of love and all of that plus the characters literally lost their personality and get zero development during the straight parts, Vanitas and Noè improve only thanks to each other and then then girl swoop in to take the credit which is why people hate it) either way black butler is a more bereable version of Vanitas no Carte at best, but still not cute.
