Unboxing 20 Pounds of LoveSac Foam: My Experience Restoring our Supersac

After having an amazing experience purchasing our new LoveSac StealthTech Sactional in December 2022 at Tysons Corner, VA, I spoke to the salesperson, Tara, about our old LoveSac foam, which had deflated after more than a decade of use. Tara suggested that I contact their customer service to submit a claim for new foam. Within two weeks, I received a package containing 20 pounds of new foam, delivered right to my doorstep.
I made a video to showcase the various ways I quickly and easily stuffed the new foam, and the difference in comfort is simply incredible. I cannot speak highly enough about LoveSac's customer service and foam quality - they truly are top-notch.
