Actually it's not that hard, he's singing with high volume on the mic, and controls his throat, letting few airflow passing through his oesophagis. All in control, you can hold a scream for 1 min if you train good. i did 40secs screams often live, you just have to be heatlhy, practrice everyday, and in total control of your breathe, and it's EZ.

The only thing that can somehow remind you of KISS in Dark Funeral is the black and white make up, and it looks more like they pilled the faces of KISS and used it as a dead skin mask lol
