The Olympic game categories are based on biological sex, as they should be. For context, I do not agree with transwomen competing in the women’s category (Lia Thomas situation) as they undoubtedly have a biological advantage, even after hormone treatment. This has been scientifically proven. The pronouns that someone chooses to use (their gender identity) has no effect on the category that they compete in. Nikki is biologically a woman, therefore can compete in the woman’s category. Identifying as non-binary literally has no effect on that.
I am not an American citizen so I have no opinion on that.
Team USA doesn't know how to properly use the word their. Hiltz is only one it.
They are amazing - so great to see nonbinary representation!
What sex is it?
She says she's a non-binary, but has female body parts......🤷♂️🫤

Gender fluid, participates in female category. Convenient.
They're biologically female and not on any hormone treatments. Where else do you suggest such a person competes?

The back muscles, the IT band, the shoulder. It’s all in the details. Sad day in American sports. We failed women yet again.
...But she's biologically a female, just one with a defined set of muscles and less curves. She only started using "they/them" pronouns in 2021, but you can see her being referred to as a woman in 2019

To the woman who came in fourth, it is a crying shame to not be going to Paris because you lost to a man.
She didn’t loose to a man but to a person that thinks she is neither ( should I have said she). I do find it ridiculous that she has the audacity to say she does not identify as a woman , but races in a woman’s event.

The track and field female athletes don't have a Riley like in the swimming. If none of them speaks out about this, well, they will continue to take medals away from them. They have to be bold enough.
