Thanks!
Good video :)
Please, show how to use Ubiquity ( or customize the ubuntu installer )
Thanks Ian! Ubiquity is not user friendly or fun to use, but I might consider it. Calamares is a better choice in my opinion, and much easier to script.
Have you used this for external drives? Like sd cards/usbs. If you resize the partitions you need further steps in gdisk to have them functioning properly no?
What distro is that? Looks very smooth. Looks very familiar to solus or at least the budgie desktop. My ram is 4gb DDR2 how much swap space should I make? Sometimes I get minor lags on solus 4.0
Also the wallpaper looks dope! Would love to know the source.
It's Manjaro Gnome with the dash-to-panel extension. And the wallpaper is something I randomly found lol For the swap space, you should have at least the same amount as your RAM, but doing double is better. So in your case an 8GB swap partition would work well.
does this have any secure deleting/wiping programs on it as well
Good video.
Thanks Bryan! Don’t forget to subscribe for more 😉👍 Thanks for watching
Hey, silly question, how do I load up the gui? It's stuck at the "Debian GNU/Linux comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY" etc.
That's strange. Perhaps the download was corrupt?
Why no operating system is not showing after exiting gparted
I re-partitioned a 1.87 TB partition, 11% of which was used. Using MiniTool, from inside the Windows Environment, the operation took a good 2 hours from start to finish. So, I have to ask: Was that "operation" done in real time? Thanks.
Yes. If it took so long then it was because it was moving all the data.
@@Doriandotslash Thanks.
