Wouldnt more arrows account for more DPS, instead of the 2x arrow damage upgrades?

after a certain point the 2x damage is better because too many of them arrows miss if you get more.

i did that strat today and if you manage to get past the first clear and get the double arrow count it gets really easy.

why choose speed over freq?

With the cape upgrades, 80% of that arrow speed is transferred to arrow damage, so sometimes it's better than frequency.

I find it so bizarre that you do this with such ease, lol. I can hardly make it to the 2nd dragon even with trying to follow this prioritization.
