she's gone through alot. " pain makes us stronger." " it was real to me." "i finally had control over my life and i want to do something good." "where do you think i was all this time?" i relate to Yelena alot. Gone through though times, controlled, alone and brave. she's a tough one, but the inside she's a forgiving one especially when it comes to family. there's so much more that i adore her about, but all i can say is she is the big one.
She's wants to be loved, which makes her very human and real and in that aspect she also didn't lose her heart either (just like her sister, who shall rest in peace).
Imho Taskmaster had no business being in this film. They should have made Yelena the villain and called her White Widow or something. She is a much more interesting character than Taskmaster. Or even Dreykov. Or really any other member of the cast.
@@genericuser-1 I kinda agree. I had more interest in Yelena's Character than any other. Task master herself was a victim of both Dreykov and Black Widow. If they wanted to make another Black Widow movie, they could've centered on her regrets and her mistakes. And truly focused on how she damaged that girl. Similar to how the Winter Soldier had to deal with his guilt. And I think it was is Budapest as well, so Hawkguy could've been in the movie with her. There were so many missed opportunities and I truly agree with your comment. Yelena's pain could've been focused on more. How she felt abandoned by her own sister along with the other Widows that remained captive.
@@lepotato135 Probably what they would've done if they had done a Black Widow movie earlier and would've had a trilogy before Natasha died, especially considering Yelena is one of, if not Black Widow's biggest enemies in the comics.
It's so sad though, the fact that she's the New one because that means losing Natasha forever. I wish we could have both, but Widows are widows for a reason: To be called that equals the loss of someone you love (if we talk about humans).
Something about her resonates with me deeply. Controlled, abused, abandoned. Yet here we are. Alive. I survived. I'm not a monster like the people of my past.
Lorne Balfe is a true genius. He conveyed more of Yelena's identity in these compositions than the film did. The chorus hums poems by Lermontov and Tyutchev. These are exactly the type of art she would have absorbed from an early age. Studying in Russia, she would have known it all by heart.
i love what you did with these tracks! lorne balfe really knows how to make a banger of a movie score. between this and the mission impossible fallout score he's hit legend status lol
I wasn't too into his stuff, mainly his underwhelming Pacific Rim Uprising score, but Fallout and Black Widow made me love his stuff much more. I appreciate the compliment too! Did all 5 in a day but the score is so fun and entertaining I didn't mind lmao
Lorne Balfe is a beast, just listen to his AC Revelations or AC 3 score. Even now, with Fallout and Black Widow, he proves that he can bring the right amount of epicness to the movies.
Sry for late response. Me and my group of friends was try really hard to listen the lyrics (we all native russian speakers) and nobody can actually hear a word. Maybe because singers was Americans and they're accent playing hard or maybe because lyrics was in English idk. But here we are - there's no lyrics at all
The first track plays a few times during sad moments with her, The Betrayed plays after she rescues Natasha from the Widows, The Pursuit plays in the beginning plane chase, and the final track is during the credits
yo wait this theme fucks

"We are defined by what we do- not by nice words"
''So I composed this piece. What do you think, Kevin?''
''Sounds great. This is Taskmaster's theme right?''
''No, it's Yelena's.''

That bit starting at 7:08 is SUCH a good build. Love those three descending notes in the lower registers.
The rise of Yelena Bolova cannot be denied. She is our new BLACK WIDOW!!
Yes! Yelena Supremacy!! 😌🕷❤️🖤
It's so sad though, the fact that she's the New one because that means losing Natasha forever.

Why?
I love the old one; I want her back 😭
She will never take Natasha's place but I love her

9:20 Best Part guys
¡Yeah!
I think it's 10:10
no 10:00 is the best part
No it’s 9:24
The best part is the whole thing tho
I vaguely recall this song playing over
the end credits.
Picture Yelena at Natasha's graveside.
She will be A True Avenger.
0:00 A Sister Says Goodbye
4:12 The Betrayed
5:08 The Pursuit
7:49 Yelena Belova
So epic!! Say what you want about this movie, but the soundtrack does not miss!

I came here looking after my favourite parts of the soundtrack after seeing the movie. I found what I was looking for!
I can actually play this on piano! Yelena is the best character! 😆

@@azc0na Check out His Dark Materials (Absolute masterpiece), Assassin's Creed III, Bad Boys For Life, and 13 Hours. Uprising is far from his best.
@@michakakol7629 Love AC, Fallout, and this score but my favorite will always be His Dark Materials Season 1!
Have you heard His Dark Materials? It's his best one by far IMO, and that's saying a lot.
Black Widow was legit!👍🏾💯🥰
“Yeah great plan I love the part where I almost BLEHD to death”
Yelena Bolova did Justice
I LOVE YELENA !!!! ❤️😍
The Rise of Yelena Belova cannot be denied. She is the new Black Widow.
Maybe she is for you
What an awesome theme. Please show up in Hawkeye.
She's going after Hawkeye since SPOILERS: Val showed up and gave Yelena her next target.
The reason why I loved Yelena is caz she despised the superhero cliches
Yelena is the new black widow, I need her to be!
Sissy!🥰😘💕 Good to see you!
Hi, sissy!🙏🏾🥰💕😘 The movie was AWESOME!🙃✊🏾💕
Black Widow was a side character in her own movie 🤣 Yelena stole the show!
Natasha will always be MY Black Widow, idc what y’all say
@@definitelynotriley Cope....coooooooppppeee! 🤣
Imagine what natasha and yelena could have done if they were together a bit more.
Really hope someone would make a medley between this and Frostpunk ost.
Anyone back here in December 2021 because of Hawkeye!?
Hell yea 3 days till ep 5 !!!
Yelena is my Waifu 💛
