My headcanon is that Wario De Mambo is actually a terrifying troupe of musicians and dancers who force unfortunate people into deadly dance games and the unwilling particpants are killed if they fail. No-one who met them had lived to tell the tale until Wario won at the end of WarioWare Twisted.
