That's a bird of prey :) most likely a falcon. They actually train the bigger ones, like eagles f.e. to hunt drones. So your drone was lucky :) Great shot btw!

Funnily enough I contacted a birding group and they debated for days on the species, finally saying it’s a juvenile long-legged buzzard, which is indeed a large bird of prey 😍
