A lot of information packed in here - and mostly, it indicates that I would regret going one of those other routes. In my dream house, I'm looking for exactly what I need and want, not a stock or cookie-cutter thing that I try to convince myself is "close enough." Close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades!
