    It's not "blood". It's Myoglobin. Its a protien that carries oxygen. If it was blood, it would turn bright red and be thick.

      Yeah, that's not true. That's a myth. The reason it's not bright red and thick is because it's cooked, and the water and fat renders in and dilutes it. Sure, the meat does contain some myoglobin, but it also contains plenty of hemoglobin. Which is blood. It's just all diluted and changed in color, depending on the amount of cook time / temperature. It's all good man - humans are designed to eat red meat raw. Just don't kid yourself and say there's no blood in there. That's incorrect.

    I'm trying to figure out how to cook fajitas and y'all talking about everything but how to cook fajitas. I keep skipping around to find the "bolners tips" bro, just say ok cook this long then flip then cook this long. Anyway, good video but the format triggered me haha ok bye
