this means that you dont have show file extension enabled so your file name is actually skin.txt.txt since you cant see the file extension, renaming the fil to just skin will fix the problem if you dont show file extension

no, this is a PC menu but yes, if you transfer your mobile account to PC and import a skin there, as long as you get the cloud icon you will also have it on mobile
I did all your steps the Base64 Image Enconder doesnt work it doesnt give me the option to copy that picture.

I can add skins but I cant get the cloud icon for some reason. I changed the name of the skin and saved it multiple times.
Like its been working and I have other skins and were saved to my cloud but now it wont do it anymore for some reason 😓
Update: I deleted some skins and discovered that if you add too many eventually it wont save to cloud
