These patches can also be used with the original Sequential Circuits Pro-One, but will more than likely require some additional tweaking. Enjoy!

This is a superb example of how analog mono synth lines sit in the mix so much better than analog poly synth chords…. Which too often swamp the mix
People have a tendency to try and make sounds as big as possible and it really doesn't work well in songs. Like a guitar player playing alone basically.
This sounds so good. I’ve listened to the Yaz/Vince Clarke version thousands of times since the 80’s. This is so close to the original, it’s almost hard to believe.
I love my Pro-1, the main reason I got it is because Vince was such a big fan of the original Pro-One.
I had a SC Pro-One back in the day, the ribbon cables inside went a bit iffy so I repaired them and sold it quick.Always regretted that
Bought a Pro-1 about 3 years ago To go with the Model D and of course just had to get the deepmind12
Bloody Hell.
Perfect sound and melody !
Thank you for reminding me of my youth.
I had a DSI Prophet '08 from 2008 until 2020, and while it was ok when the Pro 1 was released it became my new source of Prophet type sounds. At first I was'nt sure if I could live with no memory and it being monophonic, but the tone is sooo good, plus no matter what you do with the knobs, it just sounds good. The lack of memory has a benefit too: it is totally smooth, step free when you turn any knob. It is a beautiful synth, DSI/Sequential shoud've released it instead of those fizzy Prophet '08 spinoffs like the Mopho and Tetra 8!
Amazing work as usual. Thanks for sharing!!
Brilliant... Well done and thank you for sharing
Very cool, well done.
wow this is amazing.. thank you for the patches diagrams!
i love these so much!!!!
Magic! Very nicelly done (as always) ;)
This sounds great! Honestly I wasn't even aware of this song until a couple years or so back. Of course the whole song with lyrics is great but obviously the Synth work is what really makes it memorable. Thanks for putting this together.
Lovely! Watched the whole thing :)
Really good work! I am thrilled about your work. Very accurate, almost perfect! Many thanks for that!
So, nice! I love that song. And fantastic job, sounds very close - kudos!
Stripped is back and boy was it worth the wait!! Amazing as always. 😀
Love it, thank you!
Amazing, absolutely spot on.
Vince is a legend! Cheers for the memories
Absolutely spot on, thumbs up. I have two Pro 1s now, had one, got another :-)
This is incredible.
Beautifully done! Could you perhaps make a tutorial on how you created some of your previous Depeche Mode sounds?
Sounds good to me
Well done Behringer
I feel a shopping spree coming on
Spot on!
Well done!!!!!!
Brilliant 👏
What a Labour-partij of love. Well done! 👍👍
Hey these sounds are so good, I tried these sounds out on both my Pro 1 and new Pro-800. The sounds translate very well, controls also similar enough to make things easy.
Couldn't get the kick on the Pro-800 though, and the texture of tbe bass sound is a little better on the Pro 1. Probably the strings and brass are just a little better on the Pro-800.
These synths compliment each other well though, not selling my Pro 1!
Fabulous!
fantastic replication
LOVE IT!
One thing I noticed with the Pro1 was the slider type switches feel a bit crappy when new, but after a little use they seem to settle in.
Great stuff, very accurate
Perfect.
Damn, this is spot on!
Not bad, is it? Have to admit this guy has far more patience than me to dial all his sounds in All the DM stuff on the Arturai JP8 is pretty much spot on too.
I tend to set up sounds in the ball park and tweak them if they are really off. I don't think I've ever covered anything where the sounds are spot on.
Sheer beauty.
Hey all your work is super incredible and appreciated could I have a way to get in contact with you regarding purchasing from you perhaps?
Awsum
Fantastic recreation and thank you for the patch sheets. Is it correct to assume that 5 is equivalent to the zero mark on the Behringer OScC Frequency?
This is half way there so we'll done for that
indeed, just wait a while until AI can reproduce Alisons Moyet amazing voice and we are there (or not)
Whoa ! Amazing production !
What did you use for the snare ?
i sang along!
I bet we all did!
Awesome!! Thanks for providing the patches. I tried few of them and for a moment I thought I was Vince Clarke :). Too bad Behringer Pro 1 does not have MIDI patch recall . I know it would probably double the price of it, but imagine how nice it would be. So Behringer people, if you are listening, how about V2 with digital pots and encoders?
Toraiz As1
Bought it and tried it. Toraiz As1 is nice, but it does have the 'brutalty' of Pro1. @@maccagrabme
Next make "Don't go" from Yazoo. 👍
Anyone have a link to the "Vintage Sounds Vo. 2" Midi data mentioned at the start? Lots of midi links come up when I google it, but none match.
Please....where can I find the midi files?
This is so close it scares me
Where are all the anti-fans carrying on about Behringer not being as good as the originals?
They have to justify the money they spent on (nowadays mostly) overpriced vintage gear.
Just waiting for Alison Moyet to start singing.
Can't be doing with Behringer. Good job though! VC still maintains that the Pro~One is his favourite synth of all time.
this is the most accurate recreation on youtube... that includes sequential circuits recreations. If you told me this was the actual track sans vocals I would have believed it.
Was the original song sequences? Or was it played by overdubs
Since the synth is monophonic, you need to overdub each line.
sequenced from the ROLAND MC-4
Much of this actually sounds better than the original.
It's more Yazoo than Yazoo :-)
Maybe in audio quality... as far as the actual sound... I've heard this song a million times (was a breakup song for me). I can't hear a difference and I know every note. Slap Alison's voice on here, and I don't think anyone in the world would know which is which.
