The morning I watched your last video, I quit taking tramadol after 9 years (started taking it for chronic pain but lost track, was afraid to stop, it was my best friend and worst enemy)! It’s now day 11 and only now things feel like they might get better. I want to thank you for being honest about your own struggles and sharing it with us all. Thank you for being that switch my brain needed - we are stronger than the poison! ❤️🌱💪
Since you are at the beginning of your journey of getting off the medication it would be a good idea to talk to your doctor about it, find yourself a good support system, a program to help you through, and maybe explore other options for pain management. There's a lot of stuff out there nowadays, some aren't even medications but have great effects
So glad to have you back, Miles. It almost feels like my vegan friend is back and better than ever. So proud of you, and so happy to not only see you healthy, but happy as well. Thanks for the new vid.... and the American way of saying things, once again. 🥰😇
Jil's dancing was gorgeous, so fluid. You must be needing to replace electrolytes and stuff now. It's weird how health institutions provide little (and often pretty crappy) food when it is vital for your recovery. Eat up!
jill helping you sneak food into rehab is so amazing hahah i’m really proud of you for getting through that! and happy they decided to get tahini for you 🙃
Good morning beautiful people 😃 I missed that. Welcome back. Your back garden and surrounding nature is vibes 🌱 Happy to hear your energy has returned 💜
Gosh Miles I've missed your vlogs! I had no idea you had some trouble and will have to go back to watch an older video I guess. Watching the food you create really inspires me to get back to more healthy eating, more fresh fruits and wow that pasta!! I'm glad you're sharing with us and wish you the best, and yes nature is the best restive cure!
so so so happy for you. Glad you are feeling like yourself and you are aware of everything you need to do for yourself. So glad you have had Jil throughout this whole time and that you have such incredible friends. Got emotional watching this video, just seeing you do all the good things for your soul like being in nature, moving your body in a way it wants to be moved, eating good food and spending time with people you love. You are incredible and truly only deserve the very best. Your happy, healing soul is shining so bright in this video, and its only going to get brighter - gonna need shades and sun cream to watch the next video ;). Wishing only amazing things for you and Jil and your families. Keep loving yourself unconditionally, just like you do with everyone you love in your life and keep smiling. Lots of love Evie xx
Also, proximity to nature is absolutely crucial to my wellbeing too so I can 100% understand why it has been so grounding and calming for you recently. Spring is pretty much the best medicine :D
I never knew how much you can miss someone's content like i missed yours! Your videos are so comforting and incredible in a way i can't explain!! Im so happy you are back!!
Definitely spring has helped me too. Been struggling with severe depression for almost a year and the last two months its finally feeling like things are looking up. It’s so great to watch Miles again with the over exaggerations, random switching to American accent, love of tahini, and massive amounts of food. You can always bring a smile. Goose you continue doing well in your recovery ❤️
It’s beautiful that you have the strength to reflect and share your experiences from rehab. You don’t owe us anything but sharing your story is going to be so powerful for many out there 💕
6 months in Mexico! Missed you so much Miles! xo I'm coming back to Canada after about 2 months of pretty serious eating disorder relapse. Hearing a bit about your recovery and seeing all the gorgeous food you're eatiing has really inspired me to work hard and get healthy!
i don’t know if you’ll read this but i simply wanted to share that i struggled with food addiction, specifically sugar addiction (artificial sugar) and binging. because artificial sugar is in literally everything these days, as well as sugar and junk food being so normalised, i never got taken seriously by professionals. i have been dealing with this for 4 years and since recently started to release any control that i had of my food. since i couldn’t afford a psychologist and the few doctors i went to would all tell me that i wasn’t fat and therefore it wasn’t a serious problem, i realised that i had to overcome this myself, it was either going to make me stronger or make me drown but i knew that i couldn’t lose hope on myself. for some, sugar addiction isn’t considered an addiction as for example any other substance abuse but personally any addiction should be taken seriously as it can be life threatening. what i wanted to say with all of this is that i appreciate your videos so much since it makes me want to eat healthier and think that it’s okay to eat big volumes of food as well as consume regularly high calorie nut butters. i thank you for sharing the hardships you faced in rehab and will continue to support you throughout ur journey. u are an inspiration
It looks like your feeling much better. Im so glad. The body does things we just cant understand or figure out. Im so excited to have your content back.
Your energy is contagious and I'm so happy to see you joy filled. Also, I was creasing at the papaya story and Jill coming through with the food contraband for you. #ShesAKeeper
As a certified fruit fanatic I can so relate to you trying to get your fruit fix no matter what...I am not sure I could have gone for a whole month with barely any fruit. Also, if you're into crispy grapes right now, freeze a bunch, they are so delicious when frozen, like little candies, only a million times better!
I'm so happy I found your channel again and I'm loving that you're back and giving us all the great content again! Thank you! Your videos really do brighten my day
Yay, the Tahini King is definitely back! I missed your what I eat in a day videos so much, Miles, you have no clue. Is there any chance Liquid Gold can be shipped to the Netherlands any time soon? I've been eating pretty boring tahini for way too long. I need the good stuff!
Yeah bro...golden kiwi's. I have been waiting for them to return to the English supermarkets for 6 months and they returned last week. Eating them like grapes, dozen a day no problem and as they improve in the weeks ahead its going to get serious! Great to see you shine again my hombré!!! 💚🌞🙏
@@marley7659 well it isn't. Obviously I wouldn't enjoy eating something if it caused me pain? 🙄 when you bite into it the grape is soft and quickly becomes juicy.
a lot of people don’t know this but pink coconut water is actually rancid, even if it doesn’t taste like it. it means the water oxidized and doesn’t have any of its mineral salts or electrolytes left-from a holistic nutritionist student! happy to have you back and healthy!! we really missed seeing you
Omg I've missed this so much. I remember as soon as I became vegan I saw a vid of yours and I fell in love, binged watching all of your vids specially during quarantine and you helped me a lot cause I thought being vegan was about living off of flower, sugar and fat, I had no idea what nutrition and being fitness was. Now a days I'm a happy, healthy, crazy, cool and a super fit vegan. Thanks for your good content and all the inspiration Miles ♥️💪🏾🧘🏿♂️🌱
After your previous video I was like: Yeah, you needed the time off to feel yourself again. Totally understandable, no pressure. Now however, my smile is definitely giving away how happy I am to watch a casual vlog of yours after such a long break. I am so so glad you are doing better and enjoying life again! . Sending you and Jil lots and lots of love! Have a wonderful end of the week and the one ahead!
So great to see you back at it, and as always so inspiring in all you are eating for the time being. There is nothing better than fresh fruits and roasted veg for the win w greens and liquid gold!
Ya know what? I dont even know you personally but Im so proud of you!! Ive been a fan for a very long time. And Im just super happy youre here and Im proud of you! God is good! xoxoxoxo

Your papaya event reminded me of when I went on a retreat and NEEDED more fruit so badly that I took a papaya off of someone’s tree in their front yard and ate it😅
