I went all my life without any allergies but started showing a few symptoms a few years ago. a runny nose and watery eyses I can deal with, but I had a terrible night itch that would keep me up for hours and it was ruining my life.I thought it was excema or allergies to perfumes or just dry skin in gemeral, and I should probably have visited my doctor to confirm.
Dust mite allergy actually makes so much sense. It's not that severe, so just cleaning my room, changing bedsheets and an antihistamine before bed solves 90% of my issues.

That wouldn’t be Dust Mites. You need a microscope to see these pesky creatures, you wouldn’t be able to feel them crawling on your skin. They’re far too tiny.
That is just an allergic response on your face, desloratadine might help.

Yeah sometimes I can't breath properly and can't sleep if I was exposed to dust, for example If i sweep the floor on top of having an itchy , runny nose and sneezing

I vacuum the bed weekly and this has helped my dust mite allergies a lot! What made an even bigger difference for me was using a nasal barrier on the inside of my nose at the base and my allergy symptoms have dropped maybe seventy percent. No need for constant nose blowing and at long last I can sleep. I use sinubalm but there are others and I believe they all work more or less the same. I am not Jewish but I do believe this is kosher according to a couple of my Jewish friends.
Hi could you tell me what nasal barrier did you use. It would be helpful, i am dying with this.

No bcs i used to think my immune system is just bad until my mom said i actually a dust allergy, n i thought i was allergic to cats but its actually their fur that makes me allergic, like everyttime i go next to a dusty place or anything, i get a runny nose, like a cold , my eyes teary and more. Like.. i never knew. Its always so bad too and makes me sneeze so much i cry sometimes
