The first one up top absolutely would have been considered a fall but a butt check is one of the more minor penalties. I don't think the one at the bottom got scored as a fall bc she never lost her edge. The big score-building categories are line choice and airs, which should have both been high for this run. The categories that tend to tank scores are flow and control, and while she would have been docked for that butt-slide up top her flow was better than most of the category. So even though it's rare to see a line with a fall take first place, I think it makes some sense here given the rules
