You know, I wonder what happened to Master Roshi in the future trunks timeline? If we follow the DBZ cannon, Gohan met Roshi as a kid before Raditz. The rest of the story through Freiza was the same for future Trunks timeline. With everyone dead did Roshi decide to step up and try the mafuba? Did he ever try to take Gohan under his wing and help him train after everyone died? At no point did Gohan ever go to the lookout prior to Goku taking him there to use the time chamber so for future Gohan to use it, its a simple matter of Popo taking his flying carpet to find him and offer training help. Which, as we saw in the Namek saga, Popo will do.
In DBZ kakarot even if plot forbid it, Gohan and Trunks couldn't leave the city to ruin so they had to quickly train and try to repel the androids. But also they were being tracked by RR droids which kept them from venturing too far without alerting the Androids.
@@TrueUnnamedHero we also can't forget even future Gohan and Trunks could've head to Namek because it was revived 3 years ago and they could've already use the dragon ball there to wish Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo and other Z fighters, no matter how many times they died, they can still be wished back but plot has its own way to not go in that direction. Don't forget that Popo, Launch, Chiaotzu, Mr. Satan, Andriod 16, maybe Yamcha, and Chi-chi should supposedly still be alive in that show or Toriyama might already forgotten about it to introduce them.

Reminds me of a fan made manga that was done by the people that did Dragon Ball Multiverse and in fact part of the story arc did focus on the future timeline where Master roshi was training Gohan at the time before he started training trunks
If two full blooded saiyans can push themselves to astronomical levels in just a year, imagine two halfbreeds with amazing potential/ motivation. It honestly makes no sense why the future timeline failed
To be honest I wish we had more expanded post trunks return timeline (after he beats cell) like I'd rather see him rebuild the Z fighters with a new generation of fighters but also including movie characters / characters that only get like one scene or we haven't seen him for years either in the original series or in z as I would think it would be interesting.
Maybe scenes of them training together like trunks and vegeta in buu saga (kinda?) or later fighting Dabura and handling the z sword with the supreme kai

Even if Gohan knew about the time chamber he wouldn't have gotten that much stronger since nobody was around to push him so he basically got stronger having near death moments fighting the androids vs training on his own
Yeah thats why trunks works. He was getting close to ssj in not that long of a time so it makes sense that trunks would start pushing gohan to his limits eventually.
Trunks was basically already at ssj, in the manga he was already ssj but even in the show he was basically there. Gohan lying about bulmas death would work to push him past that point.
Would there be a way to add the super dragon balls so they can use it to restore all those lives back to before the androids even came since the super dragon balls have no limits?
Future goku died from a natural death so my assumption is he either entrusted the future to gohan or he couldn't do anything since a natural death might be different in the otherworld to where hes just a soul. I'm a little on the fence if a virus would be considered a natural death to begin with but we'll say it is. I dont think tien, yamcha, and piccolo would go back to king kai since they already trained there. it could just slipped everyones mind that new namek was a place nobody knew the location of as well to relay king kai to tell gohan and trunks the location. Vegeta was too prideful and like goku left the future to his son. I dont know if we had the order of who died when but that could also factor into nobody taking action. Trunks would still train to understand his father more and maybe the fight with cell would reduce him to like 80 power after beating trunks lol.
My question is why kami and piccolo didn't fuse. In the main time line he was strong enough to take on cell in first form... That cell was stronger than the main timeline android. That same cell was supposed to be strong enough to take on 17 & 18 then absorb them both 🤔 The future androids were weaker than the main timeline ones. So if piccolo and kami fused picolo could have beaten them both right?
I feel like you’re writing this Gohan out of character and very malicious and vindictive. This Gohan might even have more compassion and kindness given all the horror he had seen. He isn’t a brash child like Cell Games Gohan. He has suffered through 15 years of loss. Being a hero to people he can’t save. He would probably just end them rather than draw it out.
