Many people hate this movie, but i liked it, very much, even i know there is some mistakes in the middle and the end. This team is so involved in their job, it looks like this is the real thing.

Characters were unrealistically stupid and trusting, beautiful movie besides the bad plot. I feel like it could've utilized the sets more and lengthened it a bit. They seem so eager to end the movie without building on the plot and fully utilizing the amazing art and people involved in these films.

I love this movie. Ridley is such an amazing director. Alien (1979) imprinted fear on me when I was just eleven. To this day, the creature still gets under my skin. I appreciate the contributions of Dan O'Bannon and Hans Ruedi Giger, too.

Dude that scene with the guy and the woman locked in the med lab while he convulses, that was legitimately so well-made and super tense. Also, I'm in absolute awe at the size of some of these sets they built. The production for this movie was brilliant!

I think it's sad seeing so many people saying the film was shit, so many people's expectations are way to high. I thought this was a good film and answered most of the questions so far I have watched all the Alien films all the way back to the first one years ago. I haven't a problem with Ridley Scott's work, it's his baby and his creation witch he wants to share with us all, did you know he's 79 years old? Yep he's 79 years old, not retired and still trying to give us all something to enjoy and the comments he gets in return is just sad to see..

Just giving answers isnt good enough, especially if nobody wanted to ask for them in the first place. David became a James Bond villain who wants to destroy the world just because. Thats not an _"answer"_ , its boring and begs the question if you really need 4 movies to explain that and if mystery wouldnt be far more interesting than that generic bullshit...

I hate when people say the alien covenant or alien series are not horror movies they just call it a sci fi. Well yeah it’s a sci fi movie but it’s not just sci fi. It’s literally sci-fi horror. If your gonna sit there and tell me that having an alien pop outta someone isn’t scary then idk what you’re talking about. Cause I know if I saw an alien popping outta someone’s back I’d be runnin for the hills.

The code of Shaw and David's story: the means of the opposition to opposition needs the latter opposition to not oppose the former. The problem of this sequence - and thus why David is a villain - is that means is opposition replicated, and yet the basis of the former opposition is that the latter is fallacy

Something I hate about critiques of almost all Alien movies is how every mistake the characters make in-story are seen as “stupid” for the work they are qualified for when, regardless of experience of authority, these situations would seriously stress any individuals fight or flight instincts… nobody wants to make mistakes but they do happen and they most always happen at the most inopportune moments.

I have been critical of the film, but after quiet and careful reflection I feel they did a tremendous job. Prometheus did not bode well as a stand alone picture, this film provides the backdrop and that I can say contributes to the vision of the screen writer and Ridley Scott. It is an exciting film. I was glad to see it in theaters.

I don't like Katherine Waterston as Daniels. Don't know why.

I have die hard respect for Ridley, his work ethic, his brilliance...but listening to him talk it's hard not to imagine that if he a were a high school student he would be labeled as rambling, incoherent as well unclear. Cant the man speak, or is he getting old?

Erik Mejia That's the only question and it wasn't really relevant to this film. Also there's two more movies to go, dlso plenty of time to answer that question.

Strange movie, not enough suspense and also not enough action. Its like it couldnt decide what it wanted to do. I guess the truth is nothing will ever beat the original trilogy, especially the first two films, one had suspense and one had action.

the collective is broken up. The collective that happens somewhere else is only redone on people if it opens up somewhere else of past things already over come and that's done through copcompany. That's it.
