Do you kind of wish you had just kept your previous house or do you still feel good about building even though you ultimately ended up selling? I’m in the same Situation. I’m wondering if I should stay or build.
@@kaylabelle8897totally agree! Maybe this is your sign. We didn’t have the best building experience. But it was also our first time building so we felt taken advantage of and misled in a lot of ways. Looking back, I wish we had done more research and asked more questions along the way. We just put a lot of trust into who we thought had our best interest at heart.

We have friends moving from Austin to Combine and they are wrote a letter too for their house and the sellers gave it to them for they needed. Letters can make a big personal difference

I'm from Iowa and sometimes it does get cold at night camping there has been times we had to turn on the heat in the camper at night so its good you got some zip ups for them
I think Adam wants to go back to school, so they are consolidating/ restructuring to accommodate it. I think they are making smart choices because the economy is all over the place.

We got lucky with our house too. We had 2 out bidders but we were a couple expecting our son at the time and the woman who owned it wanted it to go to a family and not a flipper
