There is a tactical rpg called Hyperdevotion Noire focused on Noire which has characters that reference games instead of studios. I never finished it though because I hit a massive difficulty spike and level grinding is really slow. It was Vita exclusive unfortunately

Too late. I buy every Neptunia game as a og fan who sticks around.
I been a big fan of the series for a while. I say Rebirth 2 and VR was Neptunia at the top of their game. Sisters vs Sisters was great also.
