This looks more like a resort than a home. And where exactly is the beach? A beach front home without a beach? I'm sorry, but if I had 30M pesos this is not a home I would even consider. Too much work needs to be done with it in order to turn it into a home.
@@ninojumao-ascaturza So, the price mysteriously drops by 12 million pesos? This is exactly why I don't trust brokers in the Philippines. The owner most likely had a price on the property of $16 million pesos but the broker puts it up to $30 million pesos hoping some dumb foreigner buys it at that price. I would never consider buying property in the Phils advertised on UA-cam. The prices have been geared towards foreigners in hopes of a huge payout for the broker.
