For a bit of context, the America's cup racing boats tipically have an average speed of about 35 knots when racing in normal conditions. The speed record for an America's cup "AC75" class boat is currently held by team New Zealand and their boat named "Te Rehutai". Not sure what that name means in the indigenous language of New Zealand, however I do know that the record is roughly 54 knots.
You can even buy a smaller production version of that boat for a price of roughly 3 million dollars. The smaller production version is called the "AC40" but unlike it's bigger brother, it can only go up to 45 knots of speed.
The outright record for a sail-powered watercraft goes to the Vestas sail rocket. It clocked about 62.45 knots one time in perfect conditions.
On a completely unrelated topic, one thing that really made me happy was when I saw one of the boats that I was working on this summer in Trogir. At 2:50 in the video in the background there is a yellow flag. Just left of the yellow flag is a beautiful 2022 Bavaria 46 called Tessa (Her name is "Tess Point" officially because she belongs to a charter company named "Waypoint", we just call her Tessa for short). Anyways that boat is special to me personally because I was in charge of cleaning her almost every weekend over the summer break. Nothing really to do with the video, I was just happy to see her shining in the sun. She actually belongs to one of my buddys

Massive missed opportunity for the designers for orienting the throne dead ahead and then having a 60kts ... "meeting"

I have absolutely no idea who would want to have a boat like this as their primary boat. Americans maybe. 😀
