I don't imagine the cold leak-down (wet) test is an accurate picture of what's going on inside, and the warm test would be. The cold test would be a quick way to see if the numbers are even across cylinders though. Is that your conclusion? Also interesting to see the SPICA intake manifold was retained for the Webers.
