    Tips:
    Tip 1: Quality over quantity. Be sure you are using proper technique. Don't want bad habits.
    Tip 2: Challenge yourself. Don't lollygag - be intentional with your training. Give 100% effort.
    Tip 3: Mix up the techniques. Your goal should be to use all parts of your foot. Try new things.
    Improving your game takes time with the ball. There is no way around that fact. If you can't find someone to train with, find a wall or a bleacher or some type of rebounder and start getting better.
