A good look around what is a great site! As you say, it is always kept spotless. It’s in weekend territory for us and seeing this has made me think we need to go back. Oh and I can confirm the pizzas from the Wonky Donkey are lovely!
Hi both. Been watching your vlogs for some time now. We returned to caravanning about 3 years ago after a 12 year gap whilst we were exploring Europe on several holidays per year. What a joy it has been to return to caravanning and to explore the UK again. We had a lovely holiday at South Meadows in May 2023. Glad you also liked it so much, and thought that it was a perfect site. As you say it’s spotlessly clean. It also has no silly rules about not washing a caravan on the pitch etc with the added bonus of having the lovely farm shop with cafe and village of Belford on the doorstep. I’m sure that you are like us and would return without hesitation. 👍😊
Hi, we have just watched this video, what a lovely site. We went to Northumberland in June and really enjoyed it but this site looks so much nicer even though it is a lot bigger then we usually go on. Thanks you always do a really good job reviewing sites. Hope you enjoyed Edinburgh 😀
Greetings to you both, thanks for giving us the heads-up on this site, it looks absolutely lovely and would put some of the C&M Club Sites to shame, and very competitively priced considering the fully serviced pitches and general facilities!. We are fairly regular visitors to Northumberland as we have a life-long friend who now lives in Amble, which we love. This site would be ideal to stay at for a few days to visit our friend and revisit our favourite areas up there, the site looks very convenient for Bamburgh, Holy Island, Alnwick etc, we will definitely give it a try, probably early next year. Just wondered if you visited any of the local hostelries in Belford whilst you were there? Anyway, thanks again for a great video and looking forward to seeing how you get on in Edinburgh, especially as you are not using the C&M Club Site there either! Best wishes, Tim & Jayne, Staffordshire 🙂🙂
You should consider bra aching off the A1 and onto the A19 when heading North from Yorkshire and beyond. You would then miss the heavy traffic around Gateshead and Newcastle. Do t forget to pay the tyne tunnel fee though. I would suggest signing up to the tunnels electronic payment system.

Great video and in my county, hope you and Karen had a great time. Keep up the great work!
Thank you, We certainly did 👍
Agree Andrew & Karen, it’s a lovely well kept site. Thanks for the tour 👍. Cheers Rob & Gail 😀
Yes it's a lovely site and cheaper for fully serviced than being a member of the CCC staying at Beadnall Bay for hard standing with electric

Probably next time, there were lots of road works around Angel the North after that it wasn't to bad
