Not that I'm aware of. That held me back for years until I did it... no big deal. If you don't want to bake you can use epoxy based clays but you have to work faster and/or work in "sections"

I sculpt. It’s the most affordable hobby. check my channel out there’s an ace ventura i did. In regards to symmetry, put your sculpt in front of a mirror and it will show you if it’s off.
