so if the regulator is in the air tank and you took it out, where is the new one(regulator) then? i dont have wildcat but im planing to by it so I am not familiar with the internals.
Hi, First of all you need Fx dreamline bottle adaptor and Mavericks large plenum tube. Also Mavericks plenum tube with regulator hole. The regulator tube has also a safety breathing hole that you need to seal with a 3 mm Allen screw and an o- ring. When you need to adjust the regulator you degas the air from that hole. The regulator for this I bought it from Huma Air Eshop.Wildcat tube regulator Gen 3. Then you need an air bottle. I bought mine from AliExpress for 150$, and they helped me avoid the customs. Also you need a bottleand valve to fit the Dreamline bottle adaptor. Most of the parts I found them at Bagnal n' Kirkwood's eshop in England. You are free to ask me anything else 😉.
After that if you want to increase power to the limit, use tungsten hummer and Huma hummer spring. Change the liner to heavy slug liner. I managed to get 990f/s with 54grain Zan slugs at 117 foot-pounds. Group of 1 inch at 120 yards. Amazing performance. With the 700 bottle i get about 30 shots. All that in 7.62 cal
All of it is 10 inches long, from stock to the bottle adaptor. Now I also installed the second regulator which didn't make any difference really. So I have two pieces now from stock to bottle adaptor 5 inches each. One of them the closest to the bottle has the second amp regulator in. The first one is in the bottle adaptor. The plenum is the space from the second regulator to the stock and its 90cc of air. In the video you saw plenum is 160cc.
Hi, it really worths, There's not kit, I found the 700cc bottle in China really cheap 160$. The plenum with regulator on and the large plenum i found it at Bagnal and Kirkwood an English site. I cut the stock my self by doing measurements very careful when the main stock of the rifle was ready. I have 114 foot-pounds of energy with 54 grain Zan slugs,. 974 fps. 2 inches group at 16 0 yards. You can ask me for anything, i ll be happy to help.
