I currently live in Chicago but am planning on retiring to the Palm Springs area in the next 2-3 years. I have friends who already are there and they don't miss Chicago. I am going to sell my condo here but I don't want to buy when I move to the Palm Springs area, just rent. I've been there many many times and just can't wait to move out there and put Chicago in my rear view mirror.

I've seriously considered moving to Palm Springs from New England. My biggest concern is how dog friendly is Palm Springs really. My dog is accustom to hiking off leash. Are there any hiking trails near Palm Springs that allow dogs to hike with their owners off leash. The leash laws in the North are very different - as long as your dog is under control they're allowed to be off leash. I need to get a good picture of what I can expect. Hi Terri, the area overall is very dog friendly but to my knowledge most of the trails require dogs to be on a leash. Hi 👋! Thank you for watching my video! To be honest, if you told me you were in your 60s or 70s, I would say there would be plenty of options for you. Finding someone single in those age brackets will be very hard. For young singles there just isn’t a lot of options.
