I just bought this from Costco. It would be perfect if they included an instruction pamphlet showing how to detach it from the cart and how to raise the handle without forcing it. One has to try each possible method the first time before everything becomes second nature because there's not a scintilla of an explanation that comes with it!
@@shave-a-thon3415 the straps unclip in the back to detach it. Just squeeze the prongs in to release.
@@FetchTheSled Thanks. When I first got, I was afraid to detach it because I wanted to make sure I didn't stretch a zipper by forcing it to open. I'm pretty sure any returns the stores get are from customers who tried to force the handle to extend or the zippers open without detaching or expanding on the first day they received it.
