Вы упускаете из виду, что большая часть Пакистана очень сухая и жаркая. Ржавчина не такая большая проблема, как, скажем, во влажной и холодной России. Это все о стоимости. Это предлагает автомобили для бедных.

Putting that aside, some of them have visible large holes burnt straight through them in the spots where the inner rings were welded to the sheet metal. Toyota totally approves 🤣
Why wouldn't they? They make the mufflers for them. What did you expect? Not all of their cars are spec'd high end.
@@FrozenHaxor lol, no. They arent made for toyota as oem part. This is some cheap ass knock off. But good skills anyway. With little more care and proper manufacturing they could make something of better quality. But it looks like quality doesnt sell well in theier area

Toyota is not a parts manufacturer. The companies that produce parts for Toyota use the same process, only in a mechanized way. This small workshop by using good raw materials and increasing the accuracy of molds and a few other environmental changes, and a few simple quality control tools, can easily produce with higher quality than toyota part makers.But manually and with a lower production volume and of course a cheaper price.what do you think about what they are doing in their factories? Are they going to space with Apollo?😂
For example,handmade cars like Bugatti, Bentley, and Rolls-Royce are made with the same devices and tools, just a little newer and cleaner, in a stylish environment, with excellent raw materials, low speed, and high precision.but the main process and tools are the same.🌹🙂
Toyota are contracting OEM part manufacturers of a very different category. I cannot imagine any lawsuits on the way, nobody would confuse these crappy cans for the real thing.

Наполнитель - это уже другой уровень, не в этой ценовой категории. Да вообще корпус на точечной сварке - дребезжание и пердение со всех щелей обеспечено. Прям для дристеров сразу.

A lot of new cars have these really ugly stamped boxes they use as mufflers. They probably work well, but they look like ass.

Тоже в шоке. Это вообще лухари производство. Того гляди через лет 10 и на сварочную маску с автозатемнением накопят. Но это уже большой прогресс. До сих пор только мучает вопрос - а концепция рабочего стола в этих краях вообще существует? Все всегда валяется на полу, по нему ходят, работают на кортах. Наверное это какой-то старый местный обычай.

OEM quality part from the Asian duly certified factory.
These mufflers are built better than the one I had on my car. It rusted out so fast and the pipes inside the muffler broke and started rattling around inside. I decided to go to the farm store and put in a tractor muffler. It works great now and there's no rust

I' m curious to hear how much these straight pipes with 3 chambers can actually quieting the engine noose. May be the bass but not the high tones.

@@RD-ij2sz actually a silencer has proper chamber resonance, holes on proper position for wawe canceling, baffle and more. These are just a 3 chamber muffler without any device for high frequencies. I can image what for sound comes out
They do work, and impressively well for the crap they are. But they do fuck up the engine mapping.

Great video. Recycled sheet metal to make mufflers for Toyota. Next time anybody needs a muffler for their toyota and they want to charge you $300 for the OEM muffler show them this video, and say really.

Благодаря таким местам бедняки в Пакистане могут позволить себе водить машину. Все дело в стоимости. Оригинальная деталь Toyota или Mercedez может прослужить 10 лет, но беднякам они не нужны, потому что они не могут себе их позволить.
