  • Hanover, NH to North Woodstock, NH. Stopped by Bill Ackerly's for some free ice cream! Saw another three bear, sorry didn't get any footage. Climbed Mt. Mooselauke! Really fantastic view from our first big mountain in the Whites. Next video will have more mountains for sure

I love the picture that is drawn at the end. You should make something like that and hang it in your home when you are done to remind you of the trail. It would be a great conversation starter.

I dont know if you heard but he passed away. I made his sign and he loved the hikers so much. Sad day for the trail community

Yes I heard the bad news, very sad. I am glad I got to meet him, he was a great man and helped many hikers.

How do you keep track of the weather? You refer to rain coming or sunshine for. the next few days. Do cell phones work on the trail or do you use those aaol radios?

Love the views and your commentary. Thanks for sharing. Was wondering if you use a gps to keep track of mileage. If so, what brand and model?

We don't use a gps. We use Awols AT guide book, and it has the mileage on it. I know some people use an app called Guthook which many say they like.

Always junk foods. Need a better menu for more/longer lasting energy and good health.

We bought Awols AT guidebook. It has mileage and an elevation profile. It's not like a normal topographical map though
