You know what the best part of this video is? The way you swing the barrel down when moving it from side to side. Thank you for showing respect for others....instead of swinging the thing around like John Wayne in a Western.
I noticed that too. First thing that came to my mind was professionalism.
Super informative and not jargon laden. Low on the ego and high on the expertise. Love it
Thank you for never pointing the gun at the camera it really shows you know and have a ton of respect for a fire arm and it earns my respect very quickly also the info you put out really made me not fear an ar15 (in terms of buying) as much with the basic break down so thank you you earned sub
I don't mind anyone cuing a firearm towards the camera when there's no one operating the camera down the line of site. I definitely don't feel any danger while watching the video; but I get it; never the less, perception grips many people's minds.
Great video! As a handgun guy I rarely ever shoot rifles but going to the range this weekend and needed a refresher. Thanks so much!
Thanks for the lesson on AR-15 looking in to getting one soon after my next hand gun!!!!!!!!
Well do thanks
Im here in 2020. If youre reading this in the future, learn from me:
NEVER PASS UP A GOOD DEAL ON AMMO
I read a comment somewhere else that said AR stood for Another Receipt. And after getting my first, an m and p sport 2, and did all the mods and upgrades I wanted, I can definitely say it is true. I've spent more on all the accessories than on the rifle itself. It's fun but my credit card is smoking!
you did an awesome job of explaining the basics of the AR platform. great job. Larry
Great video, great safety techniques including muzzle management!
Really enjoyed the thorough review and explanations.
Good overview. Just came back from shooting my first rifle ever. Used your video to learn what I needed to know to operate the rifle, so everything went smoothly. Thanks for your upload.
really nice video!!! VERY comprehensive, but not complicated and I like that approach when I'm trying to learn something new. Plus, you weren't biased or trying to "sell" something and that's even better with an instructional/learning video. Thanks for taking the time and I did subscribe!
I thank you kindly for taking the time to impart your knowledge to us. Great job and happy shooting!
Thanks for the video. Helps a ton, looking to purchase my first gun and this is so helpful. Thanks again.
Great upload thanks, I'm about to buy an AR15 and this was very helpful.

You are very good at talking! I feel super good to go shoot my new AR today! Thanks man!
As an AR15, newby, I found this very informative - many thanks.
Awesome video. Very informative. I'm looking at getting back into guns after nearly 35 years out of the New Zealand Army. I last fired a FN SLR rifle 7.62.
Great video. Easy to understand and thorough.
This was super informative buddy. I just recently put a DPMS Pan 15 on layaway, first Gun ever dependently owned. With that being said this helped me feel more comfortable with my new friend.
Great video! Just ordered mine last week.👌🏽
Awesome video. All of my firearm experience is with semi auto pistols. Looking to get a rifle soon. I won't parrot the other folks about camera work. I'm sure you got the message. This definitely helps me out though a ton. Keep up the good work.
Very good video. Very simple and informative!
Just what I needed. Thank you.

Yet another awesome informational video. Best new subscribe this week.
Looking forward to seeing what you come up with. Would love a CZ75 P09 Duty and/or FNX-9 review or comparison!
Excellent video for someone new to the AR-15 but interested in learning more after having a great shooting experience with it. Thanks! :-)
Great presentation and instruction. It would have helped to zoom in on the gun parts when you were talking about cleaning. Subscribed.
I'm glad you always check that it is unloaded before your finger ever touches the trigger.
Great job explaining the ins and outs for a newbie like me. Just bought my first AR, still haven't fired it as yet. Trying to soak up as much info as I can before squeezing the trigger. Thanks again, well done.
Me too.
Very helpful thanks
thanks for the video
great vid
Great tutorial
Can you do a colt 6920 carbine review?
Great AR review😄😄
Luckily I knew what I wanted to buy and that was the Colt M4 LE6920 carbine. This weapon comes close to what I used in the Army and this way it took very little or no time to familiarize with the weapon. This video should be watch by people who never own a AR15 rifle or carbine. It just might save you a lot of money and headaches.
Well done.
Very nice intro
can you a video on how to oil and properly clean a ar15 I am new to the AR world and really need to know these things. Thanks great video great information.
the silver piece you talked about that hinders you from closing the gun, are you talking about the firing pin???
what is your thoughts of the Ruger AR 556, thanks for your video's, appreciate the info!
Thank you!
What grain should i use for a springfield saint victor with a 1/8 twist in door range? Iam a first time shooter
What are your thoughts on the Aero Precision AC15 as a first AR15?
i was wondering what the cheapest ar 15 cost thank you!
I'm looking to build an ar from scratch just for plinking and want to spend less than $750, how would you recommend I start?
Is my question is a 10inch ar pistol a good nice ? And how can I compare it to a pistol as in like 9mm 40. 5.7 ?
Hey man, you may want to move your camera a little closer. It is difficult to see what you are doing with the firearm (in regards to pushing buttons or the safety or just pointing out little things in the firearm). Other than that the video was very high quality and you have gained a subscriber!
Can you tell me the length of the upper from the muzzle to the charging handle?
could u do a fn scar video
That "silver thing" is called the firing pin!
Just got my first ever AR-15 yesterday, I ended up with a brand new del-ton 316h for $350
I just bought a DD M4V1
Western Supremacy Oh yeah, I love it. Check out a video of me shooting some tannerite on my YT channel
Sir, please "AR" first brand! Eugene Stoner - all by himself!
The function check should include checking the safety. With the safety in the "safe" position, the operator should attempt to pull the trigger thereby insuriing the safety is functional and doing it's job.
Good video but you forgot to mention how the "forward assist" works.
Don't forget your binoculars before you press play
What AR do you not recommend?
What’s the name of your gunshop?
For future reference your camera needs to be closer so people can get an up-close look at what you were doing
This video almost perfect. But too bad I can't see what you are trying to show as there is no one zooming that camera closer. And seriously, please invest on a good quality camcorder. Watching this on HD but still its not clear enough.
What parts of this firearm if any, are plastic??
AR-15 that's a pretty good looking gun I like guns I mean the guns I'm just a person that likes guns cuz I got a few of my own I got six of them
Hey, I am currently 20 and I am either looking to get an AR-15, or a Beretta M9. Do you have any tips on buying one, or anything that could help? As well as what are good prices for each of them. Thank you in advance.
you can buy an ar when you're 18, 21 for handgun
John Troy I know the age requirements, but I was more asking what the best brand of gun that Green Light Shooting would reccomend for a first.
Ok
what would you recommend for my first AR? im looking for something around 600-700 dollars.
s&w sport II, DPMS oracle.
Bushmaster QRC red dot.
Want that barrett 50 cal on the counter behind you!!!!!!
+maxwizz1 It's an AR-50.
Little silver tab? I believe that would be the firing pin
Is this a colt le6920
But are they fully semi-automatic?
When are you going to post a new video?
Okay I'm looking forward to it
Who's the make of that AR you are demonstrating with?
thank you and I will keep an eye out. thanks
about to get my first for a steal paying $500 for a colt LE6920
some closeups would have been nice,im a beginner when it comes to AR'S.
if you're 18, can u purchase your begginer AR-15?
bought an Anderson AR-15 out of impulse :P never shot one before but I live in communist MD and it was the cheapest HBAR rifle (only legal AR) I could find around.
the little silver piece sticking out of the bolt is the firing pin,... just sayin'.
I really want a bug-assult rifle! But my wife won't let me, So I just bought a new psa instead!
My old man ( he was an airborne ranger ) was talking to me about the AR-15 and he told me it was called an "assault rifle". (I know my shit when it comes to rifles) And I told him, "no it doesn't, it's stands for ArmaLite Rifle" I schooled him :D
Not to be disrespectful but what are these rifles for?
David Morris thanks for the reply David
