He says he talked to Ole for 90 minutes which really shows what kind of a man Ole is. He's just lost his dream job and rather than being bitter or sulking, he has a conversation with the man who is replacing him to help him get a sense of the players. It shows just how much Ole loves the club and more than anything wants to see United succeed. It shows the measure of the man.

The thing about language is that when you become fluent (or if you're native) you tend break the rules of the language. Same thing happens in German. United have needed a manager with his experience and a proper football brain for a long time. A manager who gets in to the nitty gritty of coaching a team. From listening to some of his interviews he seems to be very stat focused which i like. Stats show everything. It will take time though he needs to physically transform most of these players fitness levels and getting them running a hell of a lot more for a hell of a lot longer and that will take time you dont want your entire team pulling hamstrings in the first week. Give him time with these young players like klopp with liverpool or pep with city to get these players in to proper shape and get them holding the ball alot more and get them organised and this team can only improve

I fear that this advisery role wont give him enough power to make major changes to the club. I think ManUtd have a great opportunity to give him the Power and let him build the Club. Another problem could be that he wont be given the time to build this squad.ManUtd is still a big name and Rangnick can build a Squad that will be very successful in the future. Selling Players will be difficult because some Players that dont have the quality to play on that level have huge contracts and pretty much nobody will want to pay these wages. He is a great motivator and Squad builder who has already shown that he can build Clubs from a small Club to a CL Club and has great connections when it comes to scouting. Just look at how many Players he developed and discovered are now at Top Class Clubs like Liverpool and other big clubs.

Just dont ask them to say anything with "TH" which becomes a "Z" ;) Main thing is just Germans elocute a little differently. Native speakers in a lot of languages like English, Spanish, Italian tend to speak with a "flow" where words flow together rythmically. German language everything is enunciated very clearly and independantly and they bring that over to english. It makes it a little easier to understand esecially for non natives because the independant words are more clearly differentiated

Because if he doesn’t take control of this club, they’ll be no one above him to steer it in the right direction and he’ll only end up losing his job.
