U r completely right. and he said that that A MANAGER never want to have the situation to have a game not under control - the lucky factor or the things you can´t control - therefore he will change A lot in Manchester
Most Germans speak clear and fluent English than the English themselves...their accent is just on another level. One of my Professors in my University days in Liverpool spoke such an English that even it will shame England as whole... and clear, vivid and understandable
Just dont ask them to say anything with "TH" which becomes a "Z" ;) Main thing is just Germans elocute a little differently. Native speakers in a lot of languages like English, Spanish, Italian tend to speak with a "flow" where words flow together rythmically. German language everything is enunciated very clearly and independantly and they bring that over to english. It makes it a little easier to understand esecially for non natives because the independant words are more clearly differentiated
When he speaks he holds the room. Presence! A club of Man Utd’s stature needs a manager who can control the room and the fact he is also a clear in his ideas is so refreshing.
Loveeeee this. He’s actually answering their questions where as ole always went sprint in circles never actually getting anything out bc he lacked confidence and the job was too big for him. As United fan I will always support club legends like carick and ole but my god were they awful. Hopefully phelan will resign also and mkena can go back to the youth set up…
Finally someone who knows what he is talking about and has a clear vision for where he wants the team and the club to go. I have a feeling the improvement will be enormous by the end of the season and I hope the board have the sense to keep him on going forward.
Looks like a manager for the next few seasons to build a consistent model of playing and to address the problems. He is too good to be an interim only.
I agree, realistically I think he'll do 6 months, plus a year. Then at the end of next season we'll get Poch or Ten Haag. Then hopefully he will do more than 2 years in the consultancy role.
Confident, composed, knowledgeable and with a vision. Exactly what Man Utd have been missing. Whatever team you support you can't not get excited at the prospect of Ralf doing battle with Pep, Thomas and Jürgen.
Knowing that this guy was at Leipzig while we signed Ole, it breaks my heart knowing what we could've achieved with Rangnick had he been brought in sooner. I'm happy that Manchester United finally brought in a manager and executive that knows what the hell he's doing to make modern football successful.
This is exciting as a United fan! We know we have a very talented squad! We just needed someone with direction and a game plan.... Let's hope it all goes well lads
Love the press conference and as a United fan I feel confident of the direction the club is moving in for the first time in years. But if Ralf is successful with this team I’d still like to see us stick to the plan of moving him upstairs. Because if he doesn’t take control of this club, they’ll be no one above him to steer it in the right direction and he’ll only end up losing his job. For the sake of stability, I’d much rather Ralf picks his disciple to succeed him as a continuation of the project he started.
I agree , but unfortunately football fans have goldfish memory so if he wins 3 games in a row they will be begging the club to make him permanent . I hope they stick to the plan though.

As a German who is not supporting United I am looking forward to his impact not just on the squad but on the club as a whole.
I think United have been longing for someone that brings in an actual philosophy for a long time now.
@LocoLillyM why don't you correct yourself first before boasting? Your written English is just like an Irish
@@prakashm1468 Irish? The Irish have multiple Nobel prize winners for literature. I presume you're Indian. An Indian Manu U fan? Quelle Surprise.
When he speaks he holds the room. Presence! A club of Man Utd’s stature needs a manager who can control the room and the fact he is also a clear in his ideas is so refreshing.
Hopefully he will stay beyond the 2 years and be in the club for 10 years in director role.
Damn I like his voice and the way he speaks clearly not dodging questions
Loveeeee this. He’s actually answering their questions where as ole always went sprint in circles never actually getting anything out bc he lacked confidence and the job was too big for him. As United fan I will always support club legends like carick and ole but my god were they awful. Hopefully phelan will resign also and mkena can go back to the youth set up…
This is the most exciting I have been about a managerial appointment in a long long time. Its been painful being a united fan for too long now
I like him already
I am so looking forward to this period with Ralf 🔥🔥
Even though I am a Man City fan, Ralf is going to bring some exciting Manchester derbies to this season
When did you start supporting City? Did you grow up idolising Shaun Goater and Nicky Weaver?
@@hornylorney8150 😂😂😂
Finally someone who knows what he is talking about and has a clear vision for where he wants the team and the club to go. I have a feeling the improvement will be enormous by the end of the season and I hope the board have the sense to keep him on going forward.
Sounds like a very intelligent bloke who knows what he’s talking about. Refreshing.
Yes Ralf, bring out the DNA of the United we know and love, best regards.
I can listen to him all day without getting bored. Wish he was my lecturer back at uni.
"I might recommend to the board that I'm the permanent manager." 😂 bantz
Confident, composed, knowledgeable and with a vision. Exactly what Man Utd have been missing. Whatever team you support you can't not get excited at the prospect of Ralf doing battle with Pep, Thomas and Jürgen.
Knowing that this guy was at Leipzig while we signed Ole, it breaks my heart knowing what we could've achieved with Rangnick had he been brought in sooner. I'm happy that Manchester United finally brought in a manager and executive that knows what the hell he's doing to make modern football successful.
Revolution begins🔥
He's 63 and his hair is one of 40
refreshing to hear manager not talk about passion
I feel Donny will prosper under Rangnick
Donny isn’t that good

It's a pleasure to listen to this new manager,I'm really looking forward to watching more press conferences from him,the best we had since sir Alex
THE RALF ERA BEGINS!!! *COME ON UNITED!!!!! 🔴🔴🔴*

This guy... Goosebumps all day, every day!!
Amazing English speaker.
He’s so honest!!!!!
Wow...
He talked about football and tactics rather than good vibes and "the United way".
Feels weird lol
Listen to Rangnick's first interview. He seems calm he know's. What he is saying he' s looking forward, Too working with the Player's. Manage one of the biggest clubs. In the world, best of luck to him, ⚽😀
I’m feeling more confident after 10 mins of listening to him, than 3 years of Ole.. soz Ole
The vibes I get from Ralf is positive ..I hope he gives man UTD a style of play and identity
Better english than Harry Kane
What an original and hilarious comment

Why did nobody ask him about his previous role in Lokomotiv?
As a fan of Loko and Manchester United I am worried about the way he left his previous club.
Listening to him I realised utd wasted 3 years , 3 fing 3years on a absolute specialist in failure who knew nothing but vibes and dna
Ragnick will help United with a new era of world domination
@@UncleRuckus7 he seemed like a classy honorable guy who has tactics and will bring meritocracy in his team selection and not waffle around

@@ethanlittler2087 yeah they should’ve signed Ralf as Sir Alex’s replacement instead of wandering in the dark
Ole: "Sometimes people get too much into the intricacies of football, it's usually about who wants it more, who wants to get on the end of crosses". Anyone who backed this manager in any capacity is mentally handicapped.
I actually like this guy and how he talks about things. If he has a good 2nd half of season why not keep him on
