Bakelite / Amber Testing is it real?

A few quick ways to test these to see if they are real of not. Real Amber & real Bakelite have a much higher value than items that look the same & maybe are pretending to be but are not. Please subscribe

Definitely some helpful hints. But do not recommend the hot pin test it damages the piece you were testing. It will affect the value of pieces some pieces it might even make them where no one will even buy them. Especially with Bakelite people really do not want damaged pieces unless they are upcycling them. The hot Pin test definitely not a good idea. There are plenty of other ways of testing pieces without using it.
