That grip doesn't work for the opponent. You can easily under-hook your opponent's left arm as he hold your pants - breaking the grip. I hope that helps :) Thanks, Andre
Milos Milosavljevic Hi Milos! If they have the ankle lock grip, you’re going to reach down and open the elbow of the arm with the ankle lock. This will widen the space around your foot that’s close to his body, and you can start inching back as shown.
Andre is a very good uke. Even though he is the head instructor, he doesn't talk over the person who is teaching or interrupt him to say stuff.
Usually I let the instructors teach and I add things later...I like to talk with them in private after the technique is taught. :)
