An American treasure, the great (and 0nly?) truly original American art form - Jazz - the best music ever created in the entire history of the world. I have loved it since I first heard it at the age of 11 in India - I didn't even know it was American music at the time. Can't understand why it is no longer popular in America.
I discovered jazz in 1980 I was 18 then. Today at 62 I am still enjoying this music. Now that I am retired fir December I plan on going somewhere ( some kind of festival to enjoy my jazz)
The music in this (very long, and good so) video is amazing. But the piano solo in Misty just blew my mind. So few notes and so much message and delivery. Wow. Thanks.
