All such rubbish. Andretti Global and GM should already have the green light. But the "boys club" won't give away a piece of their pie even though it would benefit f1 that desperately needs to establish a foothold in the States.

    Andretti belongs in Formula 1.
Give them the green light as soon as possible.
    Stop this nonsense!

The only thing this fan is furious about is F1 denying Andretti's entrance for no valid reason. I love seeing them fighting in any way possible.

Need to go back to smaller cars if any more teams come in. I would love to see Andretti come in but so many large F1 cars around some circuits is just not going to work.

You’re correct! Imagine the dangers of Jeddah with more of these heavy sleds on it.

The new spec for 2026 are both shorter and narrower.

Everyone has missed the issue. It's not whether Andretti can compete and win races, especially right away. It isn't even about the size of the prize money pie, or how many ways it'll be divided, as Toto Wolff likes to point out. The issue is whether or not the commercial revenue can continue to grow at a compounded rate that will suit Wall Street. FOM is in danger if it can't. And the intriguing question here is how do they do that while ignoring the American fans, sponsors, and manufacturers. FOM is a publicly traded company that is listed on Nasdaq. They keep forgetting how hard it will be for them to continue to grow, and that it simply isn't an option to keep doing business as usual. F1 needs America more than America needs F1. They just are too blind to see it yet.

What would be very upsetting Andretti put in all this time & energy trying to get FIA approval & still just a big fat NO!!!! then is just personal

I became an F1 fan because of Mario. I don't think Andretti is any better than Haas, because they too have no experience building an F1 car. Andretti buys their Indy cars as kit from Dallara. I don't think they can do a CFC or have a wind tunnel, heck they don't even have a big enough pit crew to do an F1 pit stop. Plus when things get tough GM will bow out besides F1 isn't using V8's so what will the GM engine look like?
