I prefer GPS because I’ve been using it since fs15. Familiarity and all that. But the control interface in this version is definitely not as good as what it used for fs15. That’s why I’m here watching tutorials. 😅
I always use the A + heading. It just starts you right from the beginning on the correct line. Of course I have to look on the map how the field is situated to know the heading. Also I put all the hot keys on my Logitech steering wheel. So it's very easy to start it.
So I used the GPS mod lots in FS19. But I can not get it to work in FS22. I have you video playing right beside me while doing everything you show, step by step. But it still will not work .
When buying equipment, make sure that you also buy the GPS (if it's not available, the modded truck/tractor etc. you are using is not supporting it), the GPS will cost you an additional 15.000, it should work then..
So which mod do you prefer, VCA or Guidance steering... be sure to vote in the poll in the description and let me know why down here in the comments!
Havent tried the vehicle control mod, and didnt know the hotkeys to turn auto steer on so this video was very helpful

Upgraded to a PC from console last week. Just downloaded fs22 and will probably be watching this video over and over until I figure it all out!👍
