Public Performance & Accountability Meeting with the Chief Constable - 16 May 2023

Regular Performance and Accountability meetings form a key part of your Police and Crime Commissioner Lisa Townsend’s role in holding the Chief Constable of Surrey Police to account.
They include an overview of the latest performance of the Force and feature questions and discussion on key topics identified by the Surrey public before each meeting.
In this video, the Commissioner introduces the new Chief Constable of Surrey Police Tim De Meyer and asks how the Force are delivering against the priorities in the county's Police and Crime Plan including:
- road safety
- violence against women and girls
- improving confidence in policing
- police number and visibility
- tackling anti-social behaviour
